PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based thermoplastic resin molded article which excels in mechanical properties such as impact resistance and heat resistance, and furthermore excels in weatherability, scratch resistance and the like. SOLUTION: A polylactic acid-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises 1-35 pts.wt. polylactic acid resin (A) and 65-99 pts.wt. rubber-reinforced resin (B) (provided that the sum of the polylactic acid resin (A) and the rubber-reinforced resin (B) is 100 pts.wt.). The rubber-reinforced resin (B) comprises 10-40 wt.% nondiene rubber-containing graft copolymer (b-1) and 60-90 wt.% hard (co)polymer (b-2) and contains a (meth)acrylic resin component and a maleimide-based resin component in the hard (co)polymer (b-2). The monomer constituting this (meth)acrylic resin component is preferably a methacrylic ester and/or an acrylic ester, and the monomer constituting the maleimide-based resin component is preferably N-phenylmaleimide. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a conventional apparatus for durability evaluation has a structure made to slide, while two members are forced and the durability evaluation of an injector in which two members repeat contacting and separating cannot be performed, and moreover, since the rotational speed of an internal combustion engine is limited, when an actual internal combustion engine is operated, as it is, a testing period becomes long and the cost will become high. SOLUTION: The durability evaluation of the injector to fuel can be performed by repeating the contacting and the separating of a nozzle body 1 and a needle 2 by reciprocating the needle 2, while fuel is supplied to a nozzle assy. Since the needle 2 is made to move reciprocatively by an electric motor and a pivoting/straight line converting means, the testing time can be shortened, by only accelerational the rotational speed of the electric motor. Since actual internal combustion engine, etc. is not employed, the cost can be reduced. Moreover, when the number of rotations reaches the target number of rotations, it stops automatically. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area information display method, a parking lot guidance system capable of navigating fully responding to a user demand by supplying area information being the information of an area to a user vehicle when entering into a designated area such as a parking lot or the like, and other accompanying devices thereof. SOLUTION: When the user vehicle enters into a radio communication zone of a roadside device, an ETC in-vehicle device and the roadside device perform DSRC radio communication, ASL connection is set up between the ETC in-vehicle device and DSRC roadside device, and the ETC in-vehicle device gives notice to a car navigation system so that the ASL connection is successfully set up (S106). IP connection is established between the car navigation system and a parking lot server, and the car navigation system displays a parking information screen on a display by receiving parking lot information from the parking lot server (S111). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient reservation method enabling smooth parking without waiting when parking in a parking lot and a reservation parking method, as well as a wireless call number acquisition method which is characteristic to these methods, a communication processing method and a parking lot reservation system. SOLUTION: This system comprises portable telephones which are connected communicably via a communication network, a reservation server and a parking lot server. The parking lot server has a storage means for storing a WCN which can recognize an on-vehicle ETC of a user vehicle, reservation information including at least parking desired date and time desired by a user vehicle, and vacancy information for each predetermined date and time in the parking lot. Parking reservation is managed by transmitting/receiving the reservation information and the vacancy information between the portable telephones and the parking lot server via the reservation server.
