Abstract: PURPOSE: A water-saving toilet stool is provided, which washes the inner of a bowl by draining wastewater contained a bowl by gravity and reduces the amount of water used. CONSTITUTION: A water-saving toilet stool comprises; a water tank (1) having a water-service opening (10) on the bottom; a bowl (2), which forms a containing-water part (20) connected to a water-service opening (10) of a water tank (1) and a straight channel (21) on the front and the rear and a primary drainage channel (22) inclined downward to a containing-water part (20) and a secondary drainage channel (24) connected to a primary drainage channel (22) and a straight channel (21) through a drain outlet (23); a movable lever (4) which moves together with a drainage lever (3) of a water tank (1); a water-service opening packing(5) and a drain outlet packing (6) which opens a water-service opening (10) and a drain outlet (23) separately by connecting to the middle and end of a movable lever (4) separately and operating a drainage lever (3). According to this composition, sediment such as urine and feces is deposited concentrating on the end of a primary drainage channel (22) and is drained naturally to a downward-inclined primary drainage channel, therefore washing in water is possible with little quantity of water and the amount of water used is reduced.

Abstract: 본 고안은 절수형 양변기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 변기의 보울에 담수된 오수를 하향 경사진 배수구를 통해 중력에 의해 배수하여 적은 양의 물로 보울을 수세할 수 있는 절수형 양변기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 따른 절수형 양변기는, 바닥에 급수구(10)를 갖는 저수탱크(1)와; 상기 저수탱크 보다 낮게 위치하며, 상기 저수탱크의 급수구(10)에 연결되는 담수부(20)와 직수로(21)를 전,후에 각각 형성하고, 상기 담수부에 대하여 하향 경사진 방향의 1 차 배수로(22)를 형성하며, 배수구(23)를 통해 1 차 배수로와 직수로에 동시 연결되는 2 차 배수로(24)를 형성하는 보울(2)과; 상기 저수탱크(1)의 배수레버(3)에 연동하여 회동하는 회동레버(4)와; 회동레버(4)의 중간과 끝에 각각 줄로 연결되어 배수레버(3) 조작에 의해 상기 급수구(10)와 배수구(23)를 각각 개방하는 급수구 패킹(5)과 배수구 패킹(6)을 포함하여 이루어지며, 이러한 구성에 따르면, 대,소변과 같은 침전물이 1 차 배수로(22)의 끝에 집중하여 침적되고 또 그 침전물을 하향 경사진 1 차 배수로로 자연 배수하므로 적은 양의 물로 수세가 가능하여 물 사용량을 크게 줄일 수 있다. -
