Abstract: A fluorescent lamp electrostatic shield system is provided to extend lifetime of the fluorescent lamp by preventing dust collection due to electrostatic generated at the fluorescent lamp. A fluorescent lamp electrostatic shield system includes an transparent electrode and an ground wire. The transparent electrode surrounds the fluorescent lamp and is connected with the ground wire, which is connected with the end of the fluorescent lamp. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for blocking a connection to an injurious site is provided to prevent young boys and girls from connecting to a lewdness and injurious site through the Internet by blocking a connection when a web address which is set as a lewdness and injurious site is inputted by a computer user. CONSTITUTION: A basic blacklist examination unit(101) is provided for executing a comparison and a search with respect to a lewdness and injurious site. A basic blacklist memory unit(103) is compared with a web site address being inputted or linked by a user and stores a blacklist being used by the basic blacklist examination unit(101). If the user inputs or a links a web site address in a safety network driver installed in a computer through a web browser or an Internet related program, the inputted or linked web site address is detected. An operation state is checked through a data transmission/receipt between the safety network driver and the basic blacklist examination unit(101). If the operation state is normal, a connection function of an Internet web site is performed. The basic blacklist examination unit(101) compares an external web site requested by the user with a web site address on the blacklist stored in the basic blacklist memory unit(103), and a connection approval or not of the user-requested web site is decided.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a mixing agent for construction materials by using oyster shells is provided, therefore mixing agent has a hardening promotion function of cement paste, mortar and concrete and an antibacterial and anti-fungi function. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) eliminating organic attached to oyster shells; (ii) depositing the organic eliminated oyster shells in a water tank containing distilled water for a certain time to eliminate salinity; (iii) drying the salinity eliminated oyster shells at a certain temperature; (iv) pulverizing the dried oyster shells into powders and the filtering them through a sieve; (v) eliminating protein contained in the oyster shell powders; (vi) after mixing a single inorganic acid or a mixture inorganic acid with the protein eliminated oyster shell powders, shake-dissolving them for a certain time; (vii) vacuum filtering the solution of the step (vi); (viii) adding alkali materials to the viscous solution of the step (vii) to adjust the pH; and (ix) adding a certain amount of surfactant to the pH controlled solution of the step (viii).
