Abstract: PURPOSE: A linear binder is provided to bind or separate the inner paper part which is bound by the spring or binder which has similar function as spring, and to improve the usability. CONSTITUTION: A base is arranged in the attachment surface(C) interlinking the front and rear cover(C1,C2). A first bonding body is formed on the top of the base. A first hook is formed on the top of the first bonding body into one body and faces the direction of one side. PICS member(10) comprises a plurality of formed first hook projections. A hook hole is combined to the first bonding body so that sliding is possible and the first hook projection is penetrated. A slider member(20) is formed in the second bonding body and the upper part of the second bonding body and comprises a plurality of second hook projections in which the second hook, facing the other side direction, is formed.
