Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil/water separator for solvent recovery system is provided to effectively recover oil or water of high quality by completely excluding mixing of oil and water when recovering oil and water and increase overall recovery ratio of oil or water by promptly converting the steam state of oil or water flown into the fluid state thereof. CONSTITUTION: In a solvent recovery system comprising a wastewater tank, preheater and distillation chamber, a cooler, an oil/water separator, a vacuum pump and recovery tanks, the oil/water separator for the solvent recovery system is characterized in that the oil/water separator comprises first tank(15) on an upper part of which an oil/water inlet(10) connected to the distillation chamber side and a water recovery port(11) connected to the vacuum pump side are installed, at a certain elevation of an inner part of which an oil outlet(12) for discharging oil is formed, to the bottom of the inner part of which level sensor(13) and suction pipe(14a) are adjacently extended, and which collects certain quantity of oil or water; and second tank(19) which is arranged on a lower part of the first tank and connected to the oil outlet of the first tank through a connection pipe(17) extended from an oil inlet(16) formed on an upper part of the second tank, at one side of the upper part of which an oil recovery port(18) is formed in such a way that the oil recovery port is equipped with a suction pipe(14b) extended to the bottom side of an inner part of the second tank, and the oil recovery port is connected to the vacuum pump side, and which collects oil overflown from the first tank side.

Abstract: 본 고안은 용매 회수장치의 유수 분리기에 관한 것으로서, 유수 분리기의 내부에 포집되는 유분 또는 수분을 각각의 구분된 저장공간을 이용하여 흡입 및 회수할 수 있는 동시에 유분의 경우에는 두차례에 걸쳐 포집한 후, 흡입 및 회수할 수 있는 2단 혼합식 탱크수단을 포함하는 유수 분리기를 제공함으로써, 유분과 수분을 회수할 때 서로 섞이는 문제를 완전히 배제할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 고품질의 유분 또는 수분을 효과적으로 회수할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
또한, 유수 분리기의 내부에 응축수단을 설치하여 증기상태로 유입되는 유분 또는 수분을 유체상태로 빠르게 변환시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 유분 또는 수분의 전체적인 회수효율을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.-
