Abstract:
Disclosed is a packaging sheet for packaging of cheese, in particular white moulded soft cheese. The packaging sheet comprises: an inner surface and an outer surface of the packaging sheet, said inner surface being configured for facing the cheese in a packaged use position of the packaging sheet; a paper layer with a first surface and a second surface; a coloured layer provided on a first surface of the paper layer, an outer surface of the coloured layer establishing said outer surface of the packaging sheet; and a polymer layer with a water vapour transmission rate of at least 300 g/m 2 /24 hours at 38°C and 90 % atmospheric humidity. The polymer layer being coated on the second surface of the paper layer with a first surface of the polymer layer facing the paper layer and a second surface of the polymer layer establishing said inner surface of the packaging sheet.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a blister package (1) consisting of a lower web in which a row of cavities (3) is provided, and an upper web (12) which is welded to the provided lower web, and wherein perforation lines (7) are provided between adjoining cavities, and wherein there is an area (6) in connection with each cavity where the upper web is not welded to the lower web, such that a snip is created, said upper web being welded to the lower web by a first inner weld (4) which surrounds the cavity completely, as well as a second outer weld (5) which surrounds the cavity around the first weld and adjoins the area where the upper web is not welded to the lower web. The invention also relates to a method of making the blister package.
Abstract:
A transparent lid sheet (S) for being punched to a transparent sheet lid (2) to be attached to a container (1), specifically either a PET, a PP or PS container (1) or a container (1) comprising either a PET, PP or PS surface layer, to produce a package, said lid sheet (S) comprising a transparent base layer (4), which comprises a transparent PET layer (4a) with a transparent barrier coating or barrier layer (4b) coated onto the PET layer, the base layer (4) having a first major surface (4c) substantially coinciding with an outer major surface of the barrier coating (4b), and a top layer (5) providing a welding layer (5b, 5c) for welding the sheet lid (2) to the container (1), the top layer (5) preferably being provided at or coinciding with the first major surface (4c).
Abstract:
Packaging sheets according to the invention comprise a plurality of layers which, adhered together, constitute a laminate. The layers comprise a fat-resistant paper layer (1) of about 35 g per m 2 , an adhesive layer (2) and then an OPP layer (3) of about 15 µm, which is metallized on the side with an Al coating (4). The advantage is very low manufacturing costs, just as the environmental impact is considerably lower in the manufacture, since only a single thin metal layer is incorporated, and since there is no need for scoring of folding lines, the packaging itself is simplified.

Abstract:
When, according to the invention, producing a closure sheet of a laminate (11) in a first process comprising application of an adhesive layer (3) and a protective layer (4) on a base sheet (2) and, in a subsequent process (8), applying a welding layer (6), it is possible to attach this sheet material (11) to a package edge (9), which, when lifted, will be separated to expose the adhesive layer (3). This ensures that the adhesive layer may serve as an adhesive such a large number of times as will allow the package to serve as a package having a reclosable lid. The manufacture takes place in a continuous process, which ensures a rational production and a completely homogenous laminate (11).
Abstract:
According to the invention, a gas-tight packaging film may be produced in the form of a laminate, where a base layer (3) has applied to it an aqueous layer containing polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), which forms a barrier layer (1) after drying, following which printing (2) is carried out, and finally a further base layer (4) is applied to protect the print and the barrier layer. This film may be produced to be transparent, as the barrier layer (1) is relatively thin and therefore transparent.
