    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head type magnifying lens in which temples are connected as foldable to either end of a brace bar, a nose pad is mounted on the tip of a leg extending downward from a center part, and a magnifying lens is mounted on the tip of an arm extending forward in a center part of the brace bar.SOLUTION: A brace bar 1 is greatly curved along a forehead of a head; tips 8 and 8 of temples 2 and 2 are also curved inwardly to enclose the back of the head; and a leg 4 on which nose pads 5 and 5 are mounted is mounted as foldable backward. An arm 3 on which a magnifying lens 10 is mounted is composed of two arm pieces 11 and 12; and each of the arm pieces 11 and 12 is connected via a joint to be flexible in vertical directions, to which the magnifying lens 10 is detachably mounted.
