Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness board fastener by which an automatic cable tying member can favorably be positioned and fixed to a fastener, and which has an improved attaching device. SOLUTION: The attaching device may be provided on the same side as an arc-like wire bundle supporting surface of this fastener, or may be provided on both sides. When the attaching device is attached on the same side, a large number of the attaching devices or arranging devices can be arranged to be close to each other. An opposite side which forms the front side of the fastener may be opened in a manner to define a wire bundle inlet and an outlet path by which an easy access is possible. The fastener preferably includes an attaching structure which surely accepts a push mount and freely releasably holds the push mount by snap fitting. This structure is substantially oriented in the vertical direction to the base of the fastener, or forms a specified angle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change the pulling force of a binding tool which binds a bundle of an object to be bound with a metallic strap or a metallic cable tie wound around the bundle. SOLUTION: This binding tool is provided with a tool body, a front handle and an adjustable back handle. The front handle is provided at the inside of the tool body, and the back handle is connected with the tool body movably. The front handle is provided with a pulling force giving mechanism and the mechanism is provided with a rachet mechanism for giving pulling force set in advance in the binding tool wound around the bundle of an object to be bound. The front handle is provided further with a lock-out mechanism, and the lock-out mechanism makes it possible to give the tool desired pulling force by disabling the set value of the pulling force set in advance relative to the pulling force giving mechanism. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig device for a cable mount capable of checking whether the cable mount is properly mounted to a jig with an electric means. SOLUTION: This jig device 10 for a cable mount is equipped with a jig 12, and the jig 12 is constituted in a manner to mount a cable mount 16. The jig device 10 for the cable mount is further equipped with a switch type detector 14 mounted to the jig 12. Signals representing that the cable mount 16 is properly mounted to the jig 12 can be obtained from the switch type detector 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inspection of crimping of a connector and a label without opening an insulative enclosure. SOLUTION: An enclosure has a first compartment and an identical second compartment to house an electrical connector. Each compartment has a main body that is defined by a first wall, a second wall and ends. The first wall of each compartment has an outer tab with at least one projection that extends inwards and an inner tab positioned adjacent to the outer tab. The second wall of each compartment has an aperture. When the compartments are mounted to each other to form the enclosure, the projection of the first wall of the first compartment is disposed in the aperture in the second wall of the second compartment and the projection of the first wall of the second compartment is disposed in the aperture in the second wall of the first compartment. The enclosure also includes a label and label cover that are disposed inside the enclosure to identify the connector. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch panel having a plurality of modular jacks capable of being mounted straight into the rear of a faceplate to minimize the required distance between two rows of the modular jacks. SOLUTION: The patch panel includes a frame 22, a faceplate 24 mountable into a rear side of the frame 22, and at least one modular jack 26 mountable into a rear side of the faceplate 24. The frame 22 has a plurality of faceplate openings 38, and the faceplate 24 has a plurality of modules. Each module has at least one modular jack 26 retention latches 46, 48. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter from entering around a connection part in a connector, and also, to prevent damage of a connection functionnal part through a whole inserting process of a plug. SOLUTION: A connecting jack by plugging in a corresponding plug for connection is equipped with a housing and a biased wobble cover. A plug storing space is formed in the housing, and also, an insertion slot to insert and pull out the plug in and from the plug storing space. The wobble cover has a closed position to substantially block the insertion slot when the plug is not inserted in the plug storing space, and an open position not to substantially block the insertion slot when the plug is inserted in the plug storing space. The wobble cover is equipped with a protruding part to set an insertion limit when the plug is inserted in the plug storing space. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a strength of a metallic cable tie having a metallic roller means. SOLUTION: A metallic cable tie 22 comprises a metallic strap 28, a metallic lock head 24 and a metallic roller means. The head 24 is fixed to a first end 26 of the strap and a second end 30 of the strap is inserted into and passed through the head. The head 24 has a floor part 54 and a roof part 40 which are gradually expanded in shape toward a strap drawing end. The head is provided with a plurality of strength reinforcing recesses 36. The metallic roller means is engaged with the strap to produce a locked state and this is caught and held by a protrusion 56 acting as a holding means arranged inside the head. The first end 28 of the strap is formed with a plurality of ribs 38 so as to improve a resistance force against a load. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
