Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make displacement accurately measurable by a constitution sliding a sliding frame having sliding holes along a slender plate having a plurality of positioning holes to convert a signal detecting a positioning hole with an optical sensor into a position signal. SOLUTION: The optical detection system comprises a case 12, a slender plate 14, a sliding frame 16, an optical sensor 18, a position detector 19, and a control circuit 20. The slender plate 14 comprising a plurality of positioning holes 26 and a conductor is placed under the opening 24 of the chamber 22 of the case 12. The sliding frame 16 comprises a frame body 30 having a sliding hole 32 enabling the sliding frame 16 to slide to the slender plate 14, and a button 34 to move the sliding frame 16. The optical sensor 18 comprises a light-emitting device 36 and a photoreceiver 38, where the photoreceiver 38 receives light from the light-emitting device 36 passing through the positioning holes 26 to generate a detector signal. The position detector 19 is placed at a predetermined position on the slender plate 14. The control circuit 20 stores a position, where the sliding frame 16 is detected at by the position detector 19, as a reference position to calculate displacement of the sliding frame 16 by a detection signal from the optical sensor 18 and output a position signal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless charging transmission device having a fixing function.SOLUTION: A wireless charging transmission device includes a base and a limit plate. The base is composed of a trigger key. The trigger key is installed in a first way of the base. The limit plate is positioned in a second way of the base and moved while opposing the base. When an electronic device is placed on the base and brought into contact with the trigger key, the trigger key makes a validating signal be outputted to the limit plate and the limit plate is moved toward the base to fix the electronic device to the base. When current is interrupted in the trigger key to stop output of the validating signal, the limit plate is separated from the base and prevented from coming into contact with an electronic member.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless charging transmission device which improves the wireless charging efficiency.SOLUTION: A wireless charging transmission device is composed of: a body; a first positioning block; a second positioning block; and a sealing type transmission coil. The first positioning block and the second positioning block are provided in the body, and a space exists between the first positioning block and the second positioning block. The sealing type transmission coil penetrates through the space and two side surfaces of the sealing type transmission coil respectively contact with the first positioning block and the second positioning block. The sealing type transmission coil is formed into a dumbbell shape. Thus, the sealing type transmission coil is excited to generate uniform magnetic flux amounts and improves the wireless charging efficiency.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB application device with a smaller volume and a simpler method for assembling a USB application device.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a USB application device including a body, a circuit board, a pin board and a plurality of first conductive pins. The plurality of first conductive pins are previously coated by the pin board, and a first end of each of the plurality of first conductive pins is connected on the circuit board, so that the plurality of first conductive pins pass over a first surface of the circuit board and thus extend three-dimensionally. The circuit board is disposed within the body and the pin board is combined with the body, so that the plurality of first conductive pins are partly exposed from the body. The present invention also discloses a method for assembling a USB application device, which is capable of simplifying the process of disposing the plurality of first conductive pins on the circuit board.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission keyboard for preventing the light quantity of a beam from being wasted.SOLUTION: A light emission keyboard includes: a plurality of keys, a thin film switch circuit; and a light emission module to be used for generating a beam. The thin film switch circuit generates a signal after being induced by a key, and the thin film switch includes a plurality of light guide areas, and at least one light guide area among the plurality of light guide areas has a light guide structure, and any light guide structure is not arranged at the position of a key connection point corresponding to the key in at least one light guide area. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a beam to be generated by the light emission module from being blocked by the key connection point, and from being wasted.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film circuit board in which the light utilization ratio can be improved and to provide a light-emitting keyboard to which the thin film circuit board can be applied.SOLUTION: A thin film circuit board includes an upper layer plate and a lower layer plate. The upper layer plate includes a first thin film and a first circuit pattern formed on the lower surface of the first thin film. The lower layer plate includes: a second thin film; a second circuit pattern; and a light reflection member located between the second thin film and the second circuit pattern. Both a plurality of upper contacts in the first circuit pattern and a plurality of lower contacts in the second circuit pattern form a plurality of thin film switches, and a refraction factor of the light reflection member is lower than that of the second thin film.

The translucent intermediate frame allows a beam generated from the light source to pass through it. The support plate has support plate opening holes so that the light sources extend through the support plate opening holes and are provided below the support plate.

SOLUTION: The key structure comprises a key cap, a bottom plate, and a clipping type support member installed between the key cap and the bottom plate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency conversion control system for a shredder with which energy is saved. SOLUTION: The frequency conversion control system 20 includes a thickness sensor 21, a variable speed motor 22, and a control module 23. The control module is connected to the thickness sensor and the variable speed motor, and includes a comparison table 2321 (not shown). The thickness sensor detects the thickness of a shredded object inserted into the shredder 2, and the variable speed motor is configured to be operated at different motor rotation speeds. When the control module receives a message T about the thickness of the shredded object, from the thickness sensor, the control module searches motor operation data corresponding to the thickness from the comparison table, based on the thickness, further outputs the motor operation data to the variable speed motor, and controls operation of the variable speed motor to an appropriate rotation speed, thus waste of energy is prevented.
