PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cookware, wherein the outer surface is provided on the base thereof with a sol-gel coating compatible with use on a vitroceramic hob.SOLUTION: The present application relates to cookware having a base (2) with an inner surface (21) suitable for receiving food and an outer surface (22) intended to be positioned next to a heat source, the outer surface (22) being coated with a sol-gel outer coating (3) comprising rounded fillers and being the form of a continuous film of a material comprising a matrix of at least one metal polyalkoxylate. Thus, the rounded fillers (71, 711, 72, 721) are metal fillers, a portion whereof protrudes on the sol-gel coating (3), distributed homogeneously on the surface of the coating (3). The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such cookware.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to very simply, efficiently, and safely eliminate the condensed water liquid of steam at a low price. SOLUTION: In a steam releasing member (1), which is carried by a body of equipment for food cooking and is equipped with a first evacuation channel (3) for evacuating steam V produced within the body of equipment for food cooking, the first evacuation channel (3) is related to the steam releasing member (1), which is formed so that the steam may be released in a first direction D1 through the first evacuation channel (3). The steam releasing member comprises a second evacuation channel (4) for evacuating at least a portion of condensed water liquid produced inside the first evacuation channel (3) by steam, which carries out condensation within the first evacuation channel (3), and the second evacuation channel (4) is connected with the first evacuation channel (3) in order to evacuate the condensed water liquid in the second direction D2 remarkably different from the first direction. Moreover, this invention also relates to a cooking utensil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a quantity of coffee to be dispensed. SOLUTION: A method for measuring a quantity of coffee M Ni or M Ti that a grinding bar of a coffee mill driven in rotation by a motor dispenses in a predetermined number of revolutions N i of the grinding bar or in a predetermined time interval T i . According to the method: the average speed V i of the grinding bar in a number of revolutions N i or respectively in a time interval T i is measured; and the quantity or mass M Ni of coffee dispensed in the number of revolutions N i or respectively the mass M Ti of coffee dispensed in the time interval T i is deduced as a function of the speed V i from an experimentally obtained stored correspondence table (V i , M Ni ) or (V i , M Ti ).
