    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multi-mode voltage controlled oscillation device and a wireless transceiver. The multi-mode voltage controlled oscillation device includes an oscillation core circuit and at least four resonance circuits. Each of the resonance circuits includes two input ends and one power supply end. The two input ends of each of the resonance circuits are respectively connected to an output end of the oscillation core circuit, and the power supply end of each of the resonance circuits is configured to be connected to a power supply. The multi-mode voltage controlled oscillation device provided by the present disclosure is formed by connecting the oscillation core circuit with each resonance circuit and connecting the resonance circuits with each other, with a simple structure, a tight connection, and a small area.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a low-viscosity hydroxyl-terminated resin with diisocyanate as a core, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. During preparation, 1 mole of a micromolecular polyol is first modified with 1-3 moles of a monoepoxide so as to obtain a modified polyol; and then 2 moles of the modified polyol is reacted with 1-3 moles of a diisocyanate so as to obtain the hydroxyl-terminated resin. The prepared hydroxyl-terminated resin has the advantages of simple synthesis process, high solid content and low viscosity; the hydroxyl value thereof (at 80% solid mass content) is 140-300 mg KOH/g and the viscosity thereof at 25° C. (at 80% solid mass content) is 300-3000 cp. The hydroxyl-terminated resin is capable of crosslinking with a polyurethane curing agent containing isocyanate groups, and the prepared high solid content dual-component polyurethane coating has a VOC content of less than 380 g/L at the applicable viscosity thereof, and the performance of the coating meets the national standards for solvent based dual-component polyurethane woodenware coatings.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a dual-polarized wide-stopband filtering antenna and a communications device, the antenna comprising a dielectric substrate, a metal ground plate, a metal radiating patch, metal feeding arms, a metal square ring stub, metal transverse stubs, and metal probes, wherein the dielectric substrate is a rectangular cavity structure, the metal ground plate is disposed on the bottom surface of the dielectric substrate, and the metal radiating patch is disposed in the middle of the top surface of the dielectric substrate; the metal transverse stubs and the metal square ring stub are located inside the rectangular cavity and are connected on the same layer; the metal feeding arms are located between the metal square ring stub and the metal radiating patch; one end of the metal probe and a circular hole disposed on the metal ground plate form a coaxial feeding structure, and the other end of the metal probe is linked with the midpoint of the metal transverse stub and it is simultaneously connected to one end of the metal feeding arm to form a dual-polarized differential feeding structure; and the metal probes are connected to the metal transverse stubs. The antenna has a simple structure, can greatly reduce the volume of a radio frequency front end, and has no additional insertion loss.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing a GaN rectifier suitable for operating at an alternating current frequency of 35 GHz: sequentially growing, on a silicon substrate, an N-polar GaN buffer layer, a carbon doped semi-insulated N-polar GaN layer, a non-doped N-polar AlGaN layer, a non-doped N-polar GaN layer and a non-doped N-polar InGaN thin film to obtain a rectifier epitaxial wafer; preparing a pattern groove for a schottky contact electrode on the GaN rectifier epitaxial wafer, and depositing the schottky contact electrode in the groove; preparing a pattern for an ohmic contact electrode, and depositing a device ohmic contact electrode on the surface of the epitaxial wafer; subsequently, depositing a silicon nitride passivation layer at a part where there is no electrode on the surface of the epitaxial wafer, and preparing a surface electrode area; and finally, performing mesa isolation treatment on the GaN rectifier epitaxial wafer. The present invention realizes the preparation of a high-frequency GaN rectifier, and improves the performance stability of a rectifier device operating at a high power.

    Abstract: A quadrature voltage-controlled oscillator circuit with phase shift includes two voltage-controlled oscillators with the same structure, wherein the two voltage-controlled oscillators are connected to each other through input and output ports, and the two voltage-controlled oscillators respectively include a cross-coupled oscillating circuit, an injection locking circuit, a resonant circuit and a voltage-controlled current source circuit which are electrically connected to each other; and signals are injected through the injection locking circuit and coupled with the oscillating circuit, so as to output a quadrature signal. An oscillator is enabled to operate stably in one mode by means of a simple circuit structure, and a good phase shift can be provided for the resonant circuit in a lower frequency band; and meanwhile, a tuning range of the oscillator is improved without increasing phase noise.

    Abstract: A fluoride ion (F−) colorimetric sensing polyimide (PI) film, a preparation method therefor and application thereof; the preparation method for a F− colorimetric sensing polyimide film comprises: mixing an aromatic diamine monomer and an aromatic dianhydride monomer in a strong polar aprotic organic solvent, adding a catalyst, vacuumizing at room temperature-introducing argon repeatedly for multiple times, and then reacting same under the protection of argon to obtain a polyimide solution; then preparing a PI fiber; dissolving the PI fiber in the strong polar aprotic organic solvent, thoroughly stirring to dissolve same and then applying same evenly on a clean glass plate, removing the solvent, cooling, then soaking same in hot water for film stripping so as to obtain the F− colorimetric sensing PI film. The PI film containing fluorene with hydroxy group may be directly cut into sheets for use such that sensor devices can be easily fabricated, and can be used for the detection of F−s, with a sensitivity reaching a detection limit of 10−4 mol/L, and a high selectivity.

    Abstract: A novel sweat absorbing textile electrode comprises a textile electrode body and an electrical coupling member, the textile electrode body comprising a conductive foam and a conductive fabric wrapped around the conductive foam, the electrical coupling member being fixed on the conductive fabric; wherein a through hole is provided on the conductive fabric on the side in contact with the human skin. The textile electrode has a light weight, small size and soft texture. It fits on the skin, has good air permeability, and is capable to absorb sweat, which can prevent short circuit between electrodes caused by sweat and be used for collecting bioelectrical signal when sweat comes out from human body. It may also be applied in bioelectrical signal monitoring in high temperature, high humidity environment, and during daily exercise.

    Abstract: An outer finned tube includes a tube body, an outer wall of the tube body is provided with outer tins spirally arranged in an extension direction of the tube body; grid fins are arranged between two adjacent spiral parts of the outer fins correspondingly; two ends of each grid fin are connected to the two adjacent spiral parts of the corresponding outer fin respectively; a gap is kept between each grid fin and the outer wall of the tube body; and the plurality of grid fins are spaced in the extension direction of the tube body. An enhancing cavity is formed in an area defined by the outer wall of the tube body, inner walls of the grid fins and the outer tins in an encircling way, which can form a larger degree of superheat, provides a nucleation point for a boiling/condensation process and improves a heat exchange performance.
