The present invention relates to a patent evaluation system for generating a patent evaluation result value using patent evaluation factor values for a first patent group and patent evaluation factor values for a second patent group at the same time, and a method for generating patent evaluation information in the system. The patent evaluation system of the present invention processes information by a method comprising the steps of: (A) receiving at least one first patent evaluation factor value for a first patent group comprising at least one patent; (B) receiving at least one second patent evaluation factor value for at least one second patent group comprising at least two patents; and (C) generating at least one evaluation result value for at least one single object to be evaluated with at least one preset evaluation model using the first patent evaluation factor value and the second patent evaluation factor value. By using the present invention, a reliable patent evaluation result value can be generated. PURPOSE: A method and system for processing information of a patent information system are provided to variously changing a frame shaft for a specific document combination and to easily search a niche domain under various frames. CONSTITUTION: A first part sample document combination and a second part sample document combination are formed by dividing a sample document combination(SM11). Niche standard factor value information in regard to a niche standard factor is created for the first part sample document combination and the second part sample document combination(SM12). Niche evaluation factor value information in regard to a niche evaluation factor is created for the first part sample document combination(SM13). A niche evaluation model is created by applying a statistical algorithm(SM14).

A patent information service system for hierarchically integrating assignee-based and inventor-based patent information service systems, and a method thereof are provided to automatically extract domestic/foreign patent information related to an assignee and/or an inventor by automatically constructing/integrating the assignee-based and inventor-based patent information service systems. Assignee information including an assignee is checked from a patent information database, and patents applied or registered by the checked assignee are searched from the patent information database(S1620). A hierarchically integrated assignee-based patent information service system is constructed when the patent documents are searched(S1630). Inventor information registered as an inventor of the patent documents is extracted(S1660), and a hierarchically integrated inventor-based patent information service system is constructed by using the extracted inventor information(S1670). The inventor-based patent information service system manages patent information registered by the inventor by using an application number as a key value. The patent information includes at least one of bibliographic information of the patent information corresponding to the application number.

A method and a system for providing a search service automatically including a search result for hierarchically subordinated lower IPC(International Patent Classification) codes through range search are provided to output a search result including the lower IPC codes hierarchical subordinated to the IPC code without decreasing a search speed when the IPC code is included in a query. A hierarchical IPC code database(130) stores modified IPC codes modified to respectively matched with each IPC code of an IPC code system based on information related to parent-child relation between the IPC codes having a hierarchical structure. A modified IPC code database(142) generating module generates the hierarchical IPC code database. A lower IPC code processing module(144) receives information for a lower IPC code or the modified IPC code of the received IPC code when the IPC code is included in a query and dots are included in title information corresponding to the IPC code. A modified query generating module(146) modifies the query by including the information for the lower modified IPC codes, which is found by the lower IPC code processing module corresponding to the lower IPC code of the IPC code including the dots.
