    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for improving optical property is provided to enhance the amount of light which is reflected on the surface and the inside of skin, and to improve optical property. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving optical property contains ester oil and/or silicon oil as active ingredients. The ester oil or silicon oil contains ethyl hexyl palmitate, isopropyl palmitate, phytosteryl isostearyl dimer dilinoleate, di C_12-13 alkylmalate, cetyl ethylhexanoate, dimethyl(oxo)silane, methylphenyl polysiloxane, dimethicone phenyl trimethicone cyclomethicone dimethicone crosspolymers, and a derivative thereof.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A mesoporous inorganic composite material of titanium dioxide is provided to ensure UV protection ability by dipping a UV protection agent in a pore. CONSTITUTION: A mesoporous inorganic composite material of titanium dioxide contains a mesoporous titanium dioxide(TiO2) molecule and a UV protection agent which is supported in a pore of the molecule. The UV protection agent is one or more among an organic UV protection agent and an inorganic UV protection agent. A method for preparing the mesoporous inorganic composite material comprises: a step of hydrolyzing a titanium dioxide precursor; a step of plasticizing prepared titanium dioxide; a step of mixing a metal precursor or an organic UV protection agent; a step of dipping the titanium dioxide in a mixture solution; and a step of drying and plasticizing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing sodium alkyl groups is provided to stabilize inorganic protector and to enhance UV protection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for UV protection contains solidifying agent with a sodium alkyl group and contains solidified organic UV protector, inorganic UV protector, or mixture thereof.     Abstract: A water in oil emulsion type make-up cosmetic composition is provided to show excellent adhesion property without influencing on spreading property by changing a composition and characteristic of a pigment ingredient and an aqueous ingredient. A water in oil emulsion type make-up cosmetic composition comprises: 0.5-50 wt.% of at least one platy pigment selected from the group consisting of talc, mica, sericite, BaSO4, Al2O3, boron nitride, and BiOCl and having a size of 0.1-5 micrometer as a pigment ingredient; and 0.1-10.0 wt.% of at least one solid or semi-solid polyol ingredient selected from the group consisting of xylitol, erythritol, sucrose, lactose, maltose, sorbitol and mannan as an aqueous phase.
