Abstract: PURPOSE: A vacuum insulation for a high temperature area is provided to apply for a use requiring flame retardant property and thermal insulation such as a water purifier, a vending machine, or an insulating container. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulation(100) for a high temperature area comprises an inorganic core(120) and a covering material(140). The inorganic core is made of a glass fiber. The covering material is comprised of a composite film and seals the inorganic core. The composite film includes a thermal deposition layer, a protective layer, and a barrier layer. The thermal deposition layer is adhered to the surface of the inorganic core. The protective layer absorbs and disperses the external shock. The barrier layer prevents gas and moisture from penetrating between the thermal deposition layer and the protective layer.

The flame retardant coating layer consists of 10-90 weight% of a flame retardant and 10-90 weight% of a polymer resin and organic solvent. The flame retardant comprises one or more selected from phosphorous compound, nitrogen compound, aluminum hydroxide, and antimony trioxide.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vacuum degree measuring device for a vacuum insulating material and a measuring method thereof are provided to improve product productivity because a degree of vacuum is measured by closely adhering to a vacuumized chamber to a part of an outer surface of the vacuum insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum degree measuring device for a vacuum insulating material(100) comprises a chamber(110), a packing(120), a vacuum unit(130), and a displacement sensor(140). The chamber is closely adhered to some part of the vacuum insulating material(10). The chamber forms a closed space outside of the vacuum insulating material. The packing is formed in the lower part of the chamber, thereby closely adhering to the surface of the vacuum insulating material. The vacuum unit is connected to the chamber so that the pressure of the sealed space is controlled by the chamber. The displacement sensor is arranged inside of the chamber. The chamber measures the displacement of an outer cover of the vacuum insulating member according to the change in pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A co-extruded film for the vacuous insulator is provided to show excellent barrier features to gas or moisture by applying an aluminum foil to a barrier layer and to supplement and maintain the barrier capacity of the aluminum foil even in case of teardown of the aluminum foil by applying the aluminum foil and an EVOH film to the barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: The co-extruded film for the vacuous insulator(200) includes a protective layer(210) protecting from external shock; a barrier layer(220), which is adhered at the lower part of the protective layer, and secludes inflow of external gas or moisture; a sealing layer(230), which is adhered at the lower part of the barrier layer, and is closely adhered to the surface of a core material. The barrier layer is formed by adhering the aluminum foil and the EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) film. The barrier layer is formed to stick the EVOH film to the sealing layer. A thickness of the EVOH film is 5~20μm. A thickness of the aluminum foil is 5~10μm. The protective layer is formed by adhering a nylon film and a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film. The protective layer is formed to expose the PET film to outside. The sealing layer is formed of a film consisting of LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene), and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) or CPP (Casting Polypropylene). The vacuous insulator includes the core materials; a coating material, which is formed into the co-extruded film having the barrier feature to gas or moisture and covers up the core material; and the barrier layer, in which the co-extruded film is adhered in the aluminum foil and the EVOH film.
