CONSTITUTION: A prism solar concentrator comprises a light concentrating part(20), horizontal reflection parts, and vertical reflection parts. 의치를 장착한 사람들이 안심하고 식사할 수 있고, 사회생활을 즐길 수 있도록 적합한 의치를 제작하는 것은 치과 의사의 몫이지만, 그런 조건을 유지하는 데는 환자들의 역할 또한 중요하다. 잘 만들어진 의치라고 해도 그 의치를 잘 쓴다는 것은 환자와 치과 의사 양쪽이 협력해야 된다는 것을 뜻하며 의치의 성공은 환자의 이해와 협력에 의존하는 것이다. 그 중에서도 의치를 세척하는 일은 가장 일상적이면서 대부분 환자 자신이 수행해야 하는 대표적인 역할이라 할 수 있다.
의치는 자연 치아와 같이 청결을 유지해야 하며, 매 식사 후와 잠자리에 들기 전 씻어내야 한다. 몇 가지 추천되는 방법이 있으나 어떤 방법을 선택하느냐는 전적으로 환자에 따라 다르며 정확한 교육 또한 미흡한 실정이다. 뿐만 아니라, 방법에 따른 세척 효과 및 악취 제거 효과 등에 관련된 보고가 불충분하여 기준이 되는 세척 방법을 결정하기는 어렵다.
