The present invention relates to a counter decoding device using a printed transistor and, more specifically, to a counter decoding device using a printed transistor which increases the output of decoding circuit by fabricating a counter circuit by configuring a latch circuit using a printed transistor manufactured using a roll-to-roll printing method.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparency heating element with a micro-pattern formed by using a roll-to-roll gravure printing method and a transparency heating element with a micro-pattern formed by using the same are provided to use conductive paste, thereby improving conductivity. CONSTITUTION: Conductive paste is coated. A roll-to-roll gravure printing method is applied for the coating. A micro-pattern is formed by the coating. The conductive paste includes a conductive polymer and carbon paste. The conductive paste includes conductive particles, nano silver gel, and binder resin.
