Abstract: An outsole and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which reduce shaking to the right and left in walking and improve feeling of wearing. An outsole manufacturing method comprises: a step(S10) injecting a compound in which additive, and the reinforcing agent and cross-linking agent are mixed in the material of the rubber component in the mold die shut tightly; a step(S20) for manufacturing the outsole by pressing at 150-160deg.C for 5-10 minutes using press machine; a step(S30) for laminating the prepreg moldings after applying adhesive on the outsole; and a step(S40) for binding with the outsole by pressing the prepreg moldings.
