Abstract: The present invention relates to a solvent-free paint composition for multipurpose and a waterproof and anti-corrosive constructing method using the same. The composition includes a main material containing 50-72 wt% of an epoxy resin by a solid content, 12-20 wt% of unreactive diluents, 15-20 wt% of a sieving pigment, and 1-3 wt% of a coloring pigment; and a curing agent containing 50-75 wt% of a modified amine, 14-50 wt% of a sieving pigment, and 1-3 wt% of a coloring pigment. The main material and the curing agent are mixed by the mixing ratio of 1-5 : 1. The epoxy-based paint composition thus obtained having chemical resistance, thermoelasticity, waterproof and anti-corrosive properties and wet coatability, and a waterproof and anti-corrosive constructing method using the same are provided. The epoxy-based paint composition according to the present invention has good adhesiveness to a base surface of diverse materials such as concrete, stainless, FRP, and has excellent applicability on a wet surface. Thus, a waterproof and anti-corrosive coating layer forming a strong bond with a base surface of diverse materials in wet conditions may be formed, and the epoxy-based coating layer thus formed may exhibit good chemical resistance, thermoelasticity, waterproof and anti-corrosive properties and wet coatability.

따라서 본 고안에 의하면, 몸체에 결합되는 고정핀의 슬라이드부에 의해 커버가 슬라이딩 되어 패킹부재를 압착함으로써 커버와 몸체 사이의 밀폐압력을 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
