Abstract: PURPOSE: Blind textile consisting of a shielding part and a lighting part and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to express different and various shapes of the light parts, and to easily manufacture the blind textiles by welding of the shielding part and the lighting part. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of blind textile consisting of a shielding part and a lighting part includes the following steps: forming a penetration hole on opaque textile at a constant interval; forming the shielding part(60) which is larger than a width of the penetration hole; welding transparent textile on one side of the opaque textile; and forming the lighting part(50) on the penetration hole of the opaque textile at a constant direction. The opaque textile is synthetic fiber fabric, non-woven fabric or a synthetic resin sheet.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a fishing seat base equipped with a portable chair of which height and length can be freely adjusted to be suitable for the location where the foundation is disposed and which can have a sunshade. Also, the submerged panels have holes(11,11') for fixing chair legs(13,13') by support brackets at the rear parts of the base. The chair is fixed by inserting the legs(13,13') into the holes(11,11'), The legs(13,13') and link rods(17a,17b,17c,17d) can be folded by pins at both sides(16a,16b,16c,16d). The height of the chair back(22) can be adjusted by a lever(19).
