Abstract: 본 발명은 마늘 종자의 파종시 항상 직립자세로 파종될 수 있도록 그 구조가 개량된 마늘의 직립 파종장치에 관한 것인바, 그 구성은 트랙터등의 구동력을 이용하여 지면을 쇄토 및 정지시키는 쇄토 및 정지수단과; 트랙터의 구동력으로 마늘의 종자를 종자호퍼로부터 파지하여 이송시키기 위한 배종수단과; 그 배종수단으로부터 공급된 마늘의 종자를 지면측으로 유도하는 유도호퍼와, 구동바퀴로부터 구동력을 전달받아 회전 구동되는 구동축과, 그 구동축의 단부에 축 결합되어 일방향으로 회전되는 원판형태의 케이스와, 케이스의 외측면에 일정 간격으로 복수개로 설치되고 단부에 스프로킷이 형성된 호퍼축에 각각 지지되는 파종호퍼들로 구성된 파종수단;을 구비하여 된 마늘의 직립 파종장치에 있어서, 유도호퍼와 파종호퍼의 중앙부가 개폐가능하도록 분리되고, 유도호퍼의 회전시 파종호퍼의 일측 하단부가 간섭되면서 개방되며, 그 개방시 유도호퍼내 마늘의 위치 및 하중에 따라 선택적으로 회전되어 마늘의 종자가 파종호퍼의 내부로 직립 수용되도록 된 것이다.
이에 따르면, 본 발명은 마늘 종자의 파종작업시 항상 직립된 자세로 파종할 수 있으므로, 종자의 생육효율이 증대되는 이점을 갖는다.

Abstract: 본 고안은 각종 채소(고추, 오이, 참외 등을 통칭함)를 재배하기 위해 소립종자를 1립씩 포트에 배종하여 포트에 일정한 깊이로 정확하고 간편·용이하게 파종함은 물론, 누구라도 쉽게 장소에 구애받지 않고 간단하게 휴대·사용할 수 있도록 한 육묘용 소립종자 파종기에 관한 것으로서, 원통형상으로 하단부 내면에 단턱부가 형성된 종자통과, 상부 일측면에 일정한 깊이를 갖는 삽입홈이 형성되고 내부에는 상방으로부터 하방으로 테이퍼공, 슬라이드홈, 투입공 및 종자유도공이 연통되도록 형성되며 저면 중앙에는 혈공침이 하향 돌출된 몸체부와, 코일스프링에 의해 상기 몸체부의 삽입홈에 구동편이 탄설되되, 중앙에 위치되는 구동편에는 중심부에 장공홈이 형성되고 선단부에 경사진 형태의 통공이 관통된 슬라이드편이 횡방향으로 돌출된 작동� ��위치와, 바닥면 중앙에는 깔때기 모양의 토출공이 관통되며 일측면에는 장공부가 형성된 받침대와, 상기 몸체부에 탄성력이 부여되도록 받침대 내부에 삽입된 텐션스프링이 구비됨에 따라, 종자를 1립씩 간편·용이하게 파종할 수 있어 효율적인 파종작업을 수행할 수 있고, 최소의 인력으로 최단시간내에 최대의 파종작업을 수행할 수 있는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for sowing garlic seeds uprightly is provided to achieve the mechanization of a seeding work of the garlic, thus to reduce the time and the labor cost required to the seeding work. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for sowing a garlic seed uprightly consists of: a soil-crushing and stoppage device; a seed distribution device for gripping and transferring the garlic seed from a seed hopper; and a seeding device. The seeding device comprises a guide hopper(20) for guiding the seed toward the ground, a driving shaft driven by a driving force of a driving wheel, a disk shaped case coupled to the end of the driving shaft to be rotated into one direction, and plural seeding hoppers(32) arranged at regular distances on the outer surface of the case. The center parts of the guide hopper and the seeding hopper are divided for the opening and closing of them respectively. The seeding hopper is able to be opened according to the interference of one lower end thereof during the rotation of the guide hopper, thus when the seeding hopper is opened, the garlic seed is received uprightly in the seeding hopper after being rotated selectively according to the location and the weight of the garlic seed.
