Abstract: A rice wine (cloudy) is prepd. by (a) washing and drying ginseng leaves, (b) steaming the dryed ginseng leaves, drying and pulverizing, (c) roasting the powder at 80-90 deg.C, (d) mixing the roasted powder 70 wt.% and raw ginseng 30 wt.% in water, and (e) boiling the mixt. at 120 deg.C for 24 hrs., re-mixing with malt and rice cooked hard, and fermenting to obtain the final product.
