Abstract: 본 발명은 점착라벨, 양면 테이프 등에 사용되는 이형 필름 및 이에 사용되는 이형제와 이형액에 관한 것으로서, 피착제로부터의 박리성이 우수함은 물론 이형층과 기재와의 접착성이 우수한 이형필름을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하여 안출된 것이다.
본 발명은 비닐변성 콜로이달 실리카 분산액, 백금킬레이트 촉매 분산액 및 폴리실록산 수분산 실리콘 에멀전을 포함한 이형제, 상기 이형제를 2.5∼30중량%의 고형분이 되도록 물에 분산시켜 얻어지는 이형액, 및 상기 이형액을 기재에 도포 건조시켜 형성된 이형필름에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making a release film, by which a release film having excellent release property suitable for an adhesive label, a label sticker or a double-sided tape is produced with no volatilization of harmful organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a release film comprises the steps of: dispersing a release agent comprising 1-10 wt% of vinyl-modified colloidal silica dispersion having a solid content of 10-40 wt%, 0.1-5 wt% of platinum chelate catalyst dispersion having a solid content of 12-25 wt% and the balance amount of polysiloxane water-dispersible silicone emulsion having a solid content of 30-60 wt% to obtain a release agent solution having a solid content of 2.5-30 wt%; applying the release agent solution on a substrate(1); and drying it to form a release layer(2).
