Abstract: 충전용 배터리를 사용하는 소형 무선통신 기기에 소형 충전용 특수전지를 이용하여 충전용 배터리 교체시의 전원의 Off를 방지한다. 다시말해서 소형 충전용 특수전지를 소형 무선통신 기기와는 직렬로 충전용 배터리와는 병렬로 연결하여 충전용 배터리 교체시의 전원의 Off를 방지한다. 여기에 사용되는 소형 충전용 특수전지는 Cellular Phone,PCS Phone,PDA등의 소형 무선통신 기기의 충전용 배터리를 교체할 수 있는 수초에서 수십초 정도의 짧은 시간 동안 그 기기의 전원을 유지할 수 있어야 한다.
소형 무선통신 기기의 충전용 배터리 교체시의 전원의 Off를 방지함으로 얻는 효과는 그 기기의 전원의 연속성으로 통신상태의 연속성을 구할 수 있고 그 기기의 전원의 On과 함께 실행되는 것들을 다시 실행할 필요가 없다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An underground common utility structure is provided to heighten the space utilization of an underground utility structure. CONSTITUTION: The underground common utility structure comprises the steps of arranging two lower plates(10a) to face with each other, coupling a lower plate rib(12a) of the lower plate(10a) and a rib housing(32a) of an intermediate partition wall(30a), then erecting the intermediate partition wall(30a) on the lower plate(10a), placing a reinforcing bar(11a) of the lower plate(10a) and a reinforcing bar(41a) of an auxiliary lower plate(40a) adjacently to form a post grouting groove(80a), placing one end of an upper plate(20a) on a bearing rib(51a) of an auxiliary side wall(50a), coupling an upper plate rib(21a) of the upper plate(20a) to a rib coupling(52a) of the bearing rib(51a) and housing the upper plate rib(21a) of the other end in the rib housing(32a) of the intermediate partition wall(30a), and grouting in the post grouting groove(80a) to concentrate the grouting and the reinforcing bars(11a,41a), then to form a post grouting unit(81a), so that a main common duct is formed on the center area and auxiliary common ducts(7a) are formed on both sides of the main common duct.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pin probe producing method for examining TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to massively produce by using exposure process and to control pitch of a pin probe without removing a solder resistor. CONSTITUTION: A tungsten plate(4) is installed on a fixed plate to wash. A solder resister(12) is applied to both sides of the tungsten plate to exposure. A pitch is controlled by thickness of the solder resister through coating the solder resister without problem in a positive solder resister. A circular plate(13) having a pin probe shape is fixed on an exposure device. The solder resister is applied to a tungsten plate to be inserted into the exposure device. The pin probe of a plate shape is produced by etching work by transferring a mask of the solder resister into an etching device. The solder resister maintains the pitch with electrode of TFT-LCD by using a pitch-controlling jig. Thereby, a pin probe producing method for examining TFT-LCD controls the pitch of the pin probe without removing the solder resistor.

Abstract: 본 고안은 TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display ; 초박막 액정표시장치) 검사용 핀 프로브(Pin Probe)의 종래 기술의 문제점인 TFT-LCD의 전극과 핀 프로브 접촉면과의 반복작업으로 인하여 다리의 굽힘 모멘트에 의한 접촉불량을 줄이며, 고해상력에 적합한 패턴피치가 협소한(20 [㎛]이하) 것에 사용이 가능한 새로운 판재 핀 프로브에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 핀 프로브는 텅스텐 판재를 핀 프로브의 재질로하며, 대량생산을 위해 금형 또는 노광공정을 이용하여 생산하고 TFT-LCD 전극과 접촉시에 발생하는 굽힘 모멘트를 작게 하기 위해서는 접촉부 다리의 길이를 짧게 하면서 접촉면의 수직방향으로 높이를 높게 하므로서 강성의 부여가 가능한 형상으로 되어 있다. 그리고 접촉면의 정렬을 용이하게 하기 위해서 프로브의 고정부에 해당되는 중간부분에 다수의 잔공형태로 가공하여 정렬지지대에 삽입하므로 정렬과 피치의 고정이 용이하게 하며, 교환을 가능하게 하였다.
본 고안으로 금형, 혹은 노광공정을 사용하여 제조하므로서 대량생산이 가능하며, 접촉부의 높이(접촉면에 대하여 수직)를 크게 함으로써 강성을 부여하여 종래의 와이어 핀 프로브보다 수명이 길고 변형의 접촉불량 원인을 감소시키며 대량 생산이 가능하여 값이 싼 양질의 판재 핀 프로브 생산으로 국제 경쟁력을 높인다.-
