Abstract: 본 고안은 거푸집 받침용 수직지지대(일명 "동바리") 조립장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히는 건축 구조물 공사나 토목 구조물 공사 등을 행할 시에 사용되는 구조물 축조 거푸집 받침용 수직지지대 상에 수평지지대를 원터치식으로 조립할 수 있도록 한 거푸집 받침용 수직지지대를 제공코자 하는 것이다.
즉, 본 고안에서 제공하는 거푸집 받침용 수직지지대(1)는 결합공(4)을 가지며 각운동 가능한 록커(6)를 설치한 브라켓(2)을 소정 높이에 사방으로 형성하여 횡방향에서 결합되는 수평지지대(3)의 결합단부(5)상에 형성된 록킹홀(5a)에 상기 록커(6)가 선택적으로 록킹될 수 있도록 한 것으로서,
본 고안에 의하면 수직지지대(1)에 고정된 브라켓(2)의 결합공(4) 상으로 수평지지대(3)를 수평으로 밀어 넣기만 하면 록커(6)의 자중에 의하여 원터치식로 수직지지대(1)에 수평지지대(3)를 고정시킬 수 있으며, 록커(6)의 손잡이(6c)를 각운동시켜 록커(6)가 수평지지대(3)의 록킹홀(5a)로부터 회전상승하면서 이탈되도록 한 후 수평지지대(3)를 분리하면 간단히 수평지지대(3)가 수직지지대(1)로부터 분리되어 수평지지대(3)의 조립 및 분리작업에 소요되는 시간을 최소화할 수 있으며, 작업에 따른 안전도도 배가할 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 제공받을 수 있는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A precast steel pile for simple reverse concreted retaining wall construction is provided to control surrounding ground subsidence when constructing a temporary retaining wall and a reverse concreted structure simultaneous with a sequence-excavation work. CONSTITUTION: A precast steel pile for simple reverse concreted retaining wall construction comprises; a precast I-shaped steel pile (19) for constructing a retaining wall (15) and a reverse concreted external retaining wall (14) simultaneously by enhancing deflection, shearing and compressive stress with the increased section modulus and geometrical moment of inertia by attaching a stud bolt to a stiffening plate reinforced to a symmetric structure of repeatedly crossed necessary parts inside an I-shaped steel pipe of a temporary retaining wall for a reverse concreted retaining wall (15) construction, erecting the steel pipe, provided with a lower grouting injection opening bored through upper/lower anchor plates, to an underground boring hole, filling with a grout and setting, and placing a high strength concrete to the inside of the steel pipe, wherein a tensile force stiffening steel plate reinforces the inside of the steel pipe and a stud bolt (18) is attached to the stiffening plate to supplement a shearing stress; a wire rope which reclaims after taking the stiffening plate to the inside of the steel pipe; a clasp which joints and disjoints the wire rope easily; an upper anchor plate comprising a deformed bar for hanging the contour, a lower grouting injection pipe, and a high strength concrete injection opening; a lower anchor plate where a lower grouting injection pipe penetrates; a lower grouting injection pipe bored through upper/lower anchor plate; a reinforcing bar joint coupler which connects the deformed bar and fixes a circumferential bed plate; a circumferential bed plate for the stud bolt; a circumferential bed plate (13) for setting the arrangement of a deformed bar; a lagging (15) installed on the rear of a steel pile (19) and used for a mold form of an adverse concreted retaining wall and a temporary sheeting; a variable spacer (17) for securing of protective covering.

슬래브 거푸집 설치, 슬래브 철근의 배근과 슬래브 콘크리트 타설의 편의를 위해 벽체 대형 거푸집널의 하단부는 상하로 개폐할 수 있도록 하였으며, 벽체 콘크리트가 슬래브 쪽으로 융기하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 벽체 대형거푸집의 하단 거푸집 내부에 물결나비형 스프링 와이어와 메탈라스를 함께 설치한다.
본 발명의 슬래브 벽 분리 타설식 대형거푸집 공법을 이용함으로써, 내벽에도 대형거푸집을 이용할 수 있어 보다 경제적이고 신속한 구조물의 축조가 가능하게 되었다. 또한 거푸집 상승재의 설치 및 이동이 간편한 소형의 전동식 유압잭을 이용함으로써 대형 중장비를 사용하지 않아 경제적인 시공이 가능하다.
