    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for synchronization-scheduling a real time multi-core system is provided to balance loads between cores by minimizing the movement of tasks. CONSTITUTION: Cores(111 to 114) include standing-by queues. A storing part(120) stores information with respect to a first core which receives wakeup signals from a previous cycle. A scheduling part(130) schedules tasks stored in the standing-by queues referring to information with respect to the first core. The scheduling part schedules by confirming the priority of the tasks stored in the standing-by queues.
