Abstract: PURPOSE: A cassette for carrying a glass substrate is provided to be able to quickly discharge the static electricity generated from the glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: The cassette for carrying the glass substrate is composed of:plural substrate holders(13) installed on both side walls(12) of a main body(11) that the front face is opened for sequentially supporting the glass substrate by one to one confronting the glass substrate loaded to the main body. The both side walls(12) of the main body and the upper and the lower faces of the substrate holders is coated with an electric conduction material, and the electric conduction layer(20) for the substrate holder is formed on the upper and the lower faces of the substrate.
