PURPOSE: A system and a method for levying the toll of the vehicles are provided to safely use the HI-pass system, since an operator can know the connected state of the high-pass terminal, HI-pass system, or the toll information in advance. CONSTITUTION: A sensing node(210) requests a response to a terminal mounted on a vehicle, creates the sensing information including the information whether the response for the request was received or not. A central control part(220) receives the sensing information by at least part among a plurality of sensing nodes, and decides whether the recognition of the vehicles in which the terminal installs based on the sensing information is entered or not.

PURPOSE: A method and a device for allocating an implementation friendly resource coupled with admission control in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) wireless cognitive network are provided to control concentration interference, thereby protecting a main system. CONSTITUTION: Initial channel scheduling and power allocation are performed about each sub transmission node(201). It is confirmed that a channel of a main system is used(202). When the main system operates in a corresponding channel and an adjacent channel, simultaneous scheduling of nodes is confirmed(203). It is confirmed that α and β values optimized for a given network environment exist(204). A proposed algorithm is driven at a tuning mode(205). The proposed algorithm is driven at a blind mode(206).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for effectively controlling a multi cell interference are provided to monitor interference information collected from a user terminal and base station and adjacent base station network situations. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal transmits an interference control request to a base station. An SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio) measuring unit senses the interference degree of an adjacent cell(410). A cooperation determining unit determines whether the user terminal cooperates with an adjacent base station in consideration of user QoS(420). A cooperation request signal transmitting unit requests cooperation with the adjacent base station to the base station(440a).
