Abstract: PURPOSE: A bonding sheet for a pipe and a connecting and constructing method of pipes are provided to simplify the manufacturing process by using the bonding sheet regardless of the diameter of the pipe, and to improve sealing efficiency by reducing the failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A bonding sheet is composed of a conductive plate(40) having plural terminal bars formed circumferentially in winding the bonding sheet on the pipe and a mesh type connecting body connecting terminal bars, and a resin plate(60) covering the conductive plate. Ledges are arranged at regular intervals by cutting terminal bars partially and circumferentially and protruding the cutting portions. Manufacturing cost is reduced by simplifying process, and the failure rate is decreased by preventing short-circuit and the gap.
