PURPOSE: An integrated bur handpiece and a bur handpiece drive device are provided to suck in dust generated in the operation of a bur. CONSTITUTION: An integrated bur handpiece comprises a handpiece main body(100) and a burr(200). The handpiece main body comprises a small motor, a dust inhalation pipe, and a cooling water supply pipe. The burr is arranged on one end of the handpiece main body, is connected to the rotary shaft of the small motor, and forms a dust inhalation hole and a cooling water supply hole. The dust inhalation hole is connected to the dust inhalation pipe of the handpiece main body. The cooling water supply hole is connected to the cooling water supply pipe of the handpiece main body.

CONSTITUTION: A Rubus coreanus composition for confirming Rubus coreanus effect comprises: a step of freeze-drying Rubus coreanus; a step of centrifuging the dried Rubus coreanus; and a step of dissolving Rubus coreanus with Heepes buffer. Pharmacological function of the Rubus coreanus includes anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-helcobacter pylori activity, sexual function improvement, and androgen increase.

The first insertion body includes a first body and a first extension unit. The diameter of the first extension unit is smaller than the diameter of the first body. A gel outlet hole is formed in the first extension unit. A gel injection tube is formed in an upper side of the first body unit. A water outlet tube is formed in the lower part of the first body. A second insertion unit(300) includes a second insertion body(301) and a water injection tube(303). The second insertion body is inserted into the first insertion body. The second insertion body has a second body and a second extension unit. The diameter of the second body is smaller than the diameter of the first body. The diameter of the second extension unit is smaller than the diameter of the first extension unit. The water injection tube is formed in the upper side of the second body.
