    Abstract: A pole change type synchronous electric motor is provided to prevent slip between a magnet layer and a rotor by coupling a slip preventing protrusion with a slip preventing groove and to minimize the damage of the magnet layer due to the pressing force on the circumference of the rotor. In a pole change type synchronous electric motor, a stator has a number of teeth wound with a motor coil. A rotor(120) rotates from the stator, and has a number of soft conductors(122) projected from the circumference along the edge. A magnet layer(130) is installed in the rotor to have an air gap with the tooth, and adheres to the circumference of the rotor while compressing the conductor during blow-in, and is made of a magnet to be re-magnetized. An exciting pole faces the magnet layer, and is wound with an excitation coil, and performs magnetization to arrange poles of the magnet layer in turn.
