Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for cleaning an impeller of a water power generation system using waste water are provided to keep the impeller clean and thereby ensure stable water power generation. CONSTITUTION: A method for cleaning an impeller of a water power generation system using waste water comprises the steps of: detecting the speed of rotation of the impeller by waste water passing through a drain pipe in which the impeller is built in(S110), if the peak of the detected speed of rotation is under threshold speed(S120), and supplying cleaning solution to the impeller and spraying the cleaning solution to the impeller to wash out foreign materials remaining in the impeller(S130).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform assembling between a magnet layer and a rotor core easily by successively installing the magnet layer in an outer circumference of the rotor core. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductors is installed along an edge of a rotor core. The conductor is connected by an end ring(121) installed in both sides of the rotor core. A split ring(131) is divided into plural rings so as to be arranged along a rotation axis direction in an outer circumference of the rotor core. A magnet layer(130) includes magnetic material capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. An adhesive is coated in the rotor core outer circumference.

Abstract: A pole change type synchronous electric motor is provided to prevent slip between a magnet layer and a rotor by coupling a slip preventing protrusion with a slip preventing groove and to minimize the damage of the magnet layer due to the pressing force on the circumference of the rotor. In a pole change type synchronous electric motor, a stator has a number of teeth wound with a motor coil. A rotor(120) rotates from the stator, and has a number of soft conductors(122) projected from the circumference along the edge. A magnet layer(130) is installed in the rotor to have an air gap with the tooth, and adheres to the circumference of the rotor while compressing the conductor during blow-in, and is made of a magnet to be re-magnetized. An exciting pole faces the magnet layer, and is wound with an excitation coil, and performs magnetization to arrange poles of the magnet layer in turn.
