1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야 본 발명은 옥외의 중앙서버를 이용한 댁내정보기기 제어 방법 및 상기 방법을 실현시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 관한 것임. 2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제 본 발명은, 댁내정보기기를 제어하는 홈서버 기능이 댁내에 위치하지 않고 망 중앙서버에 위치하며, 사용자 단말이 통신망을 통하여 상기 중앙서버에 접속하여 상기 댁내정보기기의 정보를 등록하고, 상기 댁내정보기기의 접속 요청에 따라 댁내에 설치된 공인 아이피 주소를 가지는 액세스포인트(AP)가 상기 댁내정보기기에 사설 아이피 주소를 할당하며, 상기 사용자 단말로부터의 상기 댁내정보기기 제어 요청에 따라 상기 중앙서버가 중앙집중적으로 상기 댁내정보기기를 제어하기 위한, 옥외의 중앙서버를 이용한 댁내정보기기 제어 방법 및 상기 방법을 실현시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있음. 3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지 본 발명은, 옥외의 중앙서버를 이용한 댁내정보기기 제어 방법에 있어서, 사용자 단말로부터의 기기정보 등록 요청에 따라 전달받은 댁내정보기기의 기기정보를 등록하는 단계; 상기 중앙서버가 상기 등록한 댁내정보기기의 기기정보를 댁내 액세스포인트로 전송하여 상기 댁내정보기기에 사설 아이피 주소를 할당하도록 하는 단계; 상기 사용자 단말로부터의 기기 상태정보 요청에 따라 기기 상태정보 요청을 상기 액세스포인트로 전송하고, 그에 상응하여 상기 액세스포인트로부터, 사설 아이피 주소를 이용하여 상기 댁내정보기기의 상태를 조회한 상태정보를 수신하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계; 및 상기 사용자 단말로부터의 기기 제어 명령에 따라 기기 제어 명령을 상기 액세스포인트로 전송하고, 그에 상응하여 상기 액세스포인트로부터, 사설 아이피 주소를 이용하여 해당 댁내정보기기를 제어한 제어 결과를 수신하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함함. 4. 발명의 중요한 용도 본 발명은 인터넷을 통하여 댁내정보기기를 제어하는 홈네트워크 시스템 등에 이용됨.

PURPOSE: A charging system and method in a wireless communication network is provided to enable a user who has been active in a basic area to receive a service at a lower cost by differently applying charges for the service using a wireless communication network according to access areas. CONSTITUTION: A charging system comprises an authentication database(510), an address database(520), an access information database(530), a charging database(540), an authentication processing part(550), an access area judgement part(560), an access processing part(570), and a charging processing part(580). The authentication database(510) stores authentication information for each user. The address database(520) stores the address information of each network access control unit(200). The access information database(530) stores access information for each user. The charging database(540) stores charging information for each user's service usage. The authentication processing part(550) executes authentication for a user's authentication information provided from a network access control unit(200) and transmits a result to the network access control unit(200). The access area judgement part(560) searches the address database(520) on the basis of the IP address of a network access control unit(200), contained in a message transferred from the network access control unit(200), acquires the location of the network access control unit(200), judges a user's access area, and provides a result to the access processing part(570). The access processing part(570) records access information containing the user's access area, provided from the access area judgement part(560), in the access information database(530). The charging processing part(580) differently makes charging according to service-provided areas, based on the information stored in the access information database(530), and records this charging information in the charging database(540).

PURPOSE: An automatic channel setting method is provided to automatically set preferred channels and minimize interference between channels of access points. CONSTITUTION: An automatic channel setting method comprises a first step(42) of selecting, as a preferred channel, the group of channels to be used independently from among the channel region allocated as a wireless LAN region, and giving a weighted value to the selected preferred channel; a second step(43) of receiving noise information including a peak noise level and an average noise level for the selected preferred channel; a third step(44,45,46) of summing the peak noise level and the average noise level, and setting, as the channel of the access point, the channel having the least sum if the channel having the least sum is one; and a fourth step(47) of setting, as the channel of the access point, the channel having the lowest peak noise level if the channels having the least sum are two or more.

PURPOSE: A method for designing an AP(Access Point) cell with respect to RF(Radio Frequency) interference between wireless LAN(Local Area Network) channels is provided to reduce the RF interference generated between adjacent AP channels by effectively selecting positions of APs and a channel when installing a plurality of APs for a wireless LAN. CONSTITUTION: Positions of a plurality of APs are designed so that a service null area is completely solved. The first to fourth channels, in which the narrowest bandwidths are overlapped each other, are selected among channels used in a wireless LAN. The first to fourth channels are assigned to peripheral APs in the first direction centering around contact points in which angles are 0 degree and 180 degrees among four contact points in which a plurality of AP coverage circles are overlapped. The first to fourth channels are assigned to peripheral APs in the second direction centering around contact points in which angles are 90 degrees and 270 degrees among the four contact points. A channel which is the most distant from an adjacent AP is assigned to an AP to which the channel is not assigned so that the channel of the adjacent AP is not overlapped.

PURPOSE: A method for servicing a wireless LAN to high speed mobiles is provided to install a server on the high speed mobiles, and to install wireless LAN APs(Access Points) every car of the high speed mobiles, thereby updating information of the server and supplying a wireless LAN service to a user having a wireless LAN terminal. CONSTITUTION: When high speed mobiles(110,120) stop, information is transmitted to a server(111) of the high speed mobiles(110,120) through an AP(100) installed at a train or a subway station, to update the server(111) of the high speed mobiles(110,120). Updated contents of the server(111) are serviced to a user having a wireless LAN terminal offline through APs(112,121) installed on the high speed mobiles(110,120). When the high speed mobiles(110,120) stop, the server(111) is updated to receive a wireless LAN service.

PURPOSE: An ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) service system using a Bluetooth is provided to offer a Bluetooth ADSL service by only Bluetooth dongles with a low price without a Bluetooth dedicated LAN(Local Access Network) AP(Access Point) with a high price. CONSTITUTION: An ADSL modem(101) decodes a signal received through an ADSL(100). A master terminal(300) having a LAN AP function receives the decoded signal from the ADSL modem(101), and transmits a Bluetooth signal to another terminal. A slave terminal(301) connects to the mater terminal(300) by a Bluetooth LAN access profile, receives the Bluetooth signal from the mater terminal(300), and performs an ADSL service by wireless. Bluetooth Dongles(201) are installed in the master terminal(300) and the slave terminal(301), respectively, for performing a Bluetooth adaptor function which provides the ADSL service by wireless.

PURPOSE: A method for operating a wireless public telephone system using a Bluetooth is provided to replace an existing public telephone through a public network access point, installed in a public place, using a portable phone having a Bluetooth function. CONSTITUTION: A wireless public telephone system using a Bluetooth includes a portable terminal(11), a public network access point(12), a communication network(13), a local exchange(14), and an intelligent network(15). The portable terminal(11) contains a Bluetooth function. The public network access point(12), in which many Bluetooth modules are installed so that many persons can make telephone calls at the same time, enables the connection between a Bluetooth terminal and the communication network(13). The local exchange(14), in which a VoDSL(Voice of Digital Subscriber Line) line is installed, executes a function to connect the public network access point(12) with the intelligent network(15). The intelligent network(15) authenticates a wireless PSTN user and transfers authenticated/rejected information to the public network access point(12) through the local exchange(14).

PURPOSE: A method for registering a blue tooth ID using a registration function of a blue tooth access point is provided to make an ID of a blue tooth device to be registered be automatically registered by pressing a terminal when the ID is registered by connecting a terminal being operated as a slave to a blue tooth access point being operated as a master initially. CONSTITUTION: If a terminal user presses an ID registration button of a terminal(201) and an access point user presses the ID registration button at the same time or later(202), a terminal is a dedicated inquiry scan mode. An access point performs a dedicated inquiry(203), and the terminal responds to the access point including an address of a blue tooth device in an FHS(Frequency Hopping Synchronization) packet(204). An FHS response of the terminal is processed by "HCI(Host Controller Interface)_Inquiry_Result_Event" and "HCI_Inquiry_Complete_Event" in an access point, and an ACL(Asynchronous Connectionless Link) is set between the access point and the terminal(205). If the access point performs an LMP(Link Manager protocol)_Name_Request using "HCI_Remote_Name_Request" and "HCI_Command_Status_Event" as an HCI instruction word of the access point(206), the terminal transmits an LMP_Name_Reponse message with respect to a name request of the terminal to the access point(207). PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring distance by using sending/receiving power in broadband wireless local loop(CB-WLL) are provided to manage a subscriber equipment according to a distance and to serve the high-quality service by learning the distance between the base station and the subscriber equipment in B-WLL. CONSTITUTION: A sending power detecting unit detects a sending power of a signal from a base station. A base station control unit(12) transmits the detected sending power and a sending frequency of the base station to a subscriber equipment. A receiving power detecting unit detects a receiving power from the sending power and the sending frequency. A distance computing unit calculates a distance between the base station and the subscriber equipment based on the propagation loss and the sending frequency.
