PURPOSE: A catalytic non-woven fabric filter used for middle and low temperature ranges and method for applying catalyst to non-woven fabric are provided. CONSTITUTION: On the surface of nonwoven fabric that is made of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), meta-aramid fiber, or polyimide fiber, a catalyst slurry that displays optimal catalytic capacity to emission gases of which temperature range is between 150 and 250°C is wash-coated. Then, a membrane is coated onto the catalyst layer to simultaneously remove nitric acid and particulate air pollutants as well.

PURPOSE: Provided are a dust collecting filter with a surface layer capable of preventing dust permeation thereinto, a method and an apparatus for fabricating the same. CONSTITUTION: The method for fabricating a dust collecting filter with a surface layer capable of preventing dust permeation comprises the steps of coating a mixture of ceramic particles(1) having a size of about 30 micrometers and fused adhesive(2), i.e. liquid ceramic, on the surface of a dust collecting filter, thereby forming a surface layer; making the surface layer absorb hot air at a high speed from the backside thereof, thereby forming pores(6) on the surface layer; and drying the dust collecting filter.

PURPOSE: A bag filter system of tangential inlet type with inner tube is provided, which can reduce the particle loading rate from 9.5 % to 3.4 % so that pressure drop of the bag filter and dedust frequency of dust layer, thus saving operating cost and extending life time of the bag filter. CONSTITUTION: In a bag filter system of tangential inlet type with inner tube comprising a dust collection vessel(1); filter cloth(3); six inner cylinders(2) of shorter length than that of the filter cloth, the system is characterized in that several inner tubes are installed to collect inflow particle, thus preventing them from flowing directly to the filter cloth(3), so that the particle loading rate, the ratio of particle to flow directly to the surface of the filter cloth without colliding against the wall of the dust collection device, can be reduced from 9.5 % to 3.4 %.

본 발명은 공기극 표면에 촉매물질을 침투하여 단위전지의 성능을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 공기극 표면에 사마륨(samarium)과 세륨(cerium)의 혼합물, 또는 팔라듐(palladium)을 포함하는 촉매를 제조하여 침투(infiltration) 기법을 이용하여 투입함으로써, 고체산화물 연료전지의 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명을 통해 고체산화물 연료전지 단위전지의 성능을 개선하고, 이에 의해 스택을 구성하는 셀의 개수를 줄일 수 있어 스택의 부피를 최소화시킬 수 있고 무게를 감소시킬 수 있다.
