PURPOSE: An ALF(Application Level Framing) device of an Megaco(Media Gateway Control Protocol) is provided to combine an efficient ALF method with quick performance of a UDP(User Datagram Protocol), and to exchange an Megaco message between an MGC(Media Gateway Controller) and an MG(Media Gateway), thereby supplying a quick end-to-end VoIP service. CONSTITUTION: A transaction request processor(301) requests other station to perform an optional command. A transaction performance processor(302) performs the command, and informs the other station of performed results. An Megaco processing processor(303) encodes a transaction message into an Megaco message to transmit the Megaco message to the other station, and decodes an Megaco message received from the other station. A transaction management table(305) stores/manages message information transceived between the Megaco processing processor(303) and the other station. An outer signal transmission processor(304) transmits the Megaco message of the Megaco processing processor(303) to the other station, and transmits the Megaco message of the other station to the Megaco processing processor(303).

PURPOSE: A work flow processing method is provided to standardize various stages of works, and to process unit work, which is standardized and reusable. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Various data are initialized if a main program of a work flow engine(301). The state of a system is changed into a work process waiting state(302). If an operator submits a work process request(303), a concurrent process for performing the work process is generated(304). The state of the system is changed into the work process waiting state again, and at this time a parameter, transmitted to the process generated by the main program, turns back all the data, received from the operator. If the system receives a process stop request, the work flow engine is stopped(305).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A short message service center for providing a selective short message service through a search for short message contents, and a method thereof are provided to interrupt messages that a receiver regards as unnecessary messages by automatically removing short messages including receipt rejection words. CONSTITUTION: A short message server receives a compressed short message from a caller terminal(1001). The received compressed data are stored on a short message database installed in the short message server(1002). Receiver information is extracted(1003). Receipt rejection word information of the corresponding receiver is requested to the short message database(1004). The short message server extracts a short message stored on the short message database(1005). The message server compares the received receipt rejection word information with contents of the short message for judging whether receipt rejection words are included in the received data(1006). If so, the corresponding short message is removed from the short message database(1007).

PURPOSE: A remote Internet connection apparatus and method for a telephone network subscriber are provided to improve a reliability and a stability of a system by providing an Internet connection service with a single unit structure and connecting to a host of an information provider, and improve a service speed and perform a stable performance in providing a service by using a high speed unit internal bus and enabling a user controller to process everything. CONSTITUTION: An Internet service processing board(MSPB)(301) is connected to an HDLC(High-level Data Link Control) channel for transmitting a packet between each function part by using a communication between a main control board through an internal transmission message structure and a telephone network adapting board(302) processor, and controls a construction, an initialization and an operation/maintenance under the control of an operation program. A TNAB(Telephone Network Adapting Board)(302) provides functions of multiplexing and demultiplexing and V.90 modem connection under the control of the Internet service processing board(MSPB)(301). A common channel signaling system adapting board(CNAB)(303) provides a common channel connection function under the control of the Internet service processing board(MSPB)(301).

PURPOSE: A method for providing web information shop service for a leased-line Internet user is provided for an Internet user using a LAN to receive a charge easily by demanding a service using a charge by adding to telephone changes. CONSTITUTION: If a user demands a web information shop service, a LAN-WISS detects whether the demand is new(S701). If the demand is new, the answer of the demand is performed to the user. If the user transmits an encryption certification value to the LAN-WISS, the LAN-WISS detects whether the certification value is correct. If the certification value is correct, web information shop service providing is started(S703) by starting a user session(S702). At this time, if an idle time is exceeded, the user session is terminated. If a demand message is received again from the user, a LAN-WISS detects whether the demand message is new(S704). If the demand message is not new, the idle time is updated(S705). At this time, if an idle time is exceeded, the user session is terminated.

PURPOSE: A method for paying electronic business charge using a telephone is provided to pay the product cost on time without draining out personal credit information and be utilized in micro payment and macro payment. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser(11) searches a product through an electronic business(12) and requests micro payment for purchase. A micro payment system(13) confirms customer information from a customer management system(15) connected through a packet network(14) and reports micro payment admission result to a company of the electronic business(12). The company notifies the result to the purchaser. The micro payment system(13) telephones to a charging telephone number through a telephone network(17) for confirming the purchase to an identifier(18), notifies the confirmation result to the company so that the product is delivered or the deal is canceled. If the purchase of the purchaser(11) is confirmed after the product is delivered, the micro payment system transmits product cost charging item to a charging center(16) to charge the product cost with telephone charges in a telephone charge notice.

PURPOSE: A method for setting up channels in a communication processing system interconnecting different kinds of networks is provided to obtain information for network providers using information providing network information, to simply set up using it, and to provide a balanced load distribution in setting up a channel. CONSTITUTION: After accessing a subscriber node(701), a user of a subscriber network requests channel setup using an access network identifier and a provider service identifier(702). Using the access network identifier, the subscriber node searches whether a service table by information providing network types exists(703,704). In case that the service table exists, the subscriber node finds out a provider service identifier group entry of the service table using a modulo N for the provider service identifier(706). The subscriber node searches the group entry for a node information table by provider services consistent with the provider service identifier(707,708). In case that the consistent node information table exists, the subscriber node compares a using channel field value and an average value(709). In case that the using channel field value is smaller than the average value, the subscriber node checks whether the using channel field value exceeds a maximum channel value in the case of setting up one channel(711). If it is judged that it will not exceed the maximum channel value, the subscriber node increases the using channel value by '1' and calculates a new average value(712). The subscriber node finds out the information of the opposite service node, which wants to set up a channel, using a link pointer field and executes channel setup(713).

PURPOSE: A method for duplicating an access path to a voice file storage unit in an information service system is provided to duplicate an access path to a voice file storage unit of an AINIP(Advanced Intelligent Network Intelligent Peripheral), without using an RDBMS(Real time Data Base Management System) and a lock disk. CONSTITUTION: An AINIP consists of a main control unit(102), a special resource unit(103) and a voice file storage unit(105). The main control unit(102) is connected through a TCP/IP LAN(101). The voice file storage unit(105) is connected with the special resource unit(103) by an SCSI(Small Computer System Interface)(104). The special resource unit(103) is divided into an operation server special resource unit(106), a standby server special resource unit(107) and a generic special resource unit(108). The operation server special resource unit(106) is connected to the voice file storage unit(105) directly through the SCSI(104), and is operated as an NFS(Network File System) server. The standby server special resource unit(107) is connected to the voice file storage unit(105) directly through the SCSI(104), yet operated as an NFS client. The generic special resource unit(108) is operated as an NFS client without being connected to the voice file storage unit(105) directly through the SCSI(104). The operation server special resource unit(106) and the standby server special resource unit(107) are connected by two heartbeat links(109).

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a transfer rate in an FNAS(Frame relay Network Access Subsystem) is provided to control a transfer rate using an FECN(Forward Explicit Congestion Notification bit) in order to manage network resources efficiently and minimize a frame loss probability. CONSTITUTION: A user initializes various variables FECN0 Cnt, FECN1 Cnt, Time Cnt, and CIR for transfer rate control(501) and receives frames comprising an FECN during an arbitrarily fixed measurement interval(502). The user counts the number of frames, of which the FECN is '1', and the number of frames, of which the FECN is '0', using the variables FECN0 Cnt and FECN1 Cnt for the arbitrarily fixed measurement interval(503-505). If the measurement interval elapses(506), the user compares an FECN0 Cnt value and an FECN1 Cnt value(507). If the number of frames of which the FECN is '1' is larger than or equivalent to the number of frames of which the FECN is '0', the user decreases the current transfer rate to seven-eighths of the previous transfer rate(508). In case that the number of frames of which the FECN is '1' is smaller than to the number of frames of which the FECN is '0', the user increases the current transfer rate as much as one-sixteenths of the previous transfer rate(509).
