본발명은음성통화품질측정장치및 방법에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는광대역음성코덱을사용하여고품질의음성통화품질을제공해주는 VoIP 전화단말의품질측정장치및 방법에관한것이다. 본발명에서는정확한품질측정이가능하고, 객관적인품질수치를추출할수 있으며, 안정적인 VoIP 서비스를제공할수 있는인터넷프로토콜기반음성전화단말의품질측정장치및 방법을제공한다. 본발명의일 실시예에따른장치는, 무선통신망에서음성품질을측정하는음성품질측정장치에있어서, 루프백환경에서협대역코덱을이용하는신호및 광대역코덱신호를이용하는신호의 MOS 값과, 단말을연결한환경에서협대역코덱을이용하는신호및 광대역코덱신호를이용하는신호의 MOS 값을추출하는 MOS 처리부와, 상기루프백환경에서추출된협대역코덱을이용한신호의 MOS값과상기루프백환경에서추출한광대역코덱을이용한신호의 MOS 값을이용하여음성코덱보정계수를생성하는광대역음성코덱보정부와, 상기추출된 MOS 값이상기단말을연결한환경이고상기광대역코덱을이용한신호의 MOS 값이면상기추출한광대역코덱을이용하는신호의 MOS 값에상기음성코덱보정계수를더한값을상기음성품질의품질지수로출력하는결과출력부를포함한다.

The present invention relates to a home automation apparatus and a control method thereof. The home automation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a wireless communication unit which communicates with a user′s smart terminal device; and a control unit which transmits a visitor image signal to the smart terminal device through the wireless communication unit and receives a signal from the smart terminal device through the wireless communication unit to open or close a door.

PURPOSE: A quality measuring apparatus of a VoIP(Voice of Internet Protocol) based voice terminal is provided to offer stable VoIP services and to extract an objective quality index by using wideband codec. CONSTITUTION: An MOS(Mean Opinion Score) processing unit(330) extracts MOS values of signals. A wideband voice codec compensator(340) creates a voice codec compensation coefficient. When the extracted MOS value is an environment where a terminal is connected, a result output unit(350) adds the voice codec compensation coefficient to the MOS value of the signal which uses the extracted wideband codec. The result output unit outputs the calculated value as the quality index of voice quality.

A codec bit rate control method for guaranteeing QoS of voice in a wireless LAN VoIP system is provided to adjust the amount of voice data through a variable bit rate characteristic of G.729.1 in a channel deterioration situation of a wireless LAN, thereby guaranteeing QoS of voice. An AP(Access Point) collects channel state information to grasp channel occupation time of terminals connected to the AP(S230). Each terminal adjusts a codec bit rate based on a channel occupation rate of the terminals about total channel capacity(S255,S260). The adjusted codec bit rate is transmitted.
Abstract:
An improved layer encoding/decoding method is provided allocate addition mantissa information to each sample in order to reduce quantization error of 711 codec. Characteristic indexes of addition mantissa information of each sample are calculated based on characteristic information of each sample of a frame(S510). A process of performing each bit allocation to samples including current characteristic index is repeatedly performed until total number of bits allocated to the samples is consistent with total number of bits available in the frame(S520). The current characteristic index is set to be smaller from the maximum value as much as one whenever repeatedly performing the above step(S530). Most significant bits corresponding to the number of bits allocated to each sample among bits of the addition mantissa information of each sample of the frame are outputted.

A method and an apparatus for matching measurement interval of speech quality of variable band multi-codec are provided to match a measurement interval between a reference sound and a codec sound and reduce a measurement result distortion phenomenon. A measurement interval setting unit(110) sets an interval of speech quality desired to be measured by time intervals, and the first conversion unit(120) converts the measurement interval by sample units. An information synthesizing unit(130) synthesizes information about the measurement interval which has been converted by sample units and a digital original sound, and outputs the same.

A method and an apparatus for direct memory access control are provided to minimize frequency of a process accessing an external memory for processing interrupt by minimizing frequency of interrupt in a direct memory access controller regardless of size of a storage medium of a voice output device, thereby improving performance of a system. If DMAC(Direct Memory Access Control) operation is requested, data to transmit is acquired and stored inside(S201-S203). The data is acquired as much as initial burst size to transmit the data to a storage medium for output(S204-S206). Size of burst is reset in accordance with a state of a data destination and the data is acquired as much as the reset burst size to transmit the data to the data destination(S208-S210). If all data are transmitted, interrupt is generated(S211). If not, it is judged whether a retransmission step is operated.
