PURPOSE: A circularly polarized antenna having a wide beam width is provided to transmit and receive circular polarized waves through four U-shaped metal strips arranged in a circular shape on a grounding surface. CONSTITUTION: A circular polarized antenna having a wide beam width comprises a grounding surface(150) formed of a metal plate such as aluminum, a center patch(160) formed in the top center of the grounding surface, a plurality of radial patches(110,120,130,140) formed around the center path, and metal posts. The center path controls information on the connection of the radial patches to facilitate adjustment of input impedance. An electric feed part is formed in the center of each radial patch so that signals having the same magnitude and a phase difference are supplied to the radial patches.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for inputting characters and a method for the same are provided to easily learn an inputting method by inputting the constants of Korean characters with the minimum number of keys. CONSTITUTION: A first stroke is received from a user and is verified(S702). Based on the verification result, the first stroked character is converted into a consonant or a double consonant(S706). A subsequent stroke is received from the user(S707). Unless the subsequent stroke is the consonant, the subsequent stroked character is processed as a monophthong(S711). If the subsequent stroked character is a vowel except for the monophthong, the monophthong and the vowel are processed with a complex vowel(S715). Characters are input based on constants, double constants, and complex vowels.

PURPOSE: A detachable RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag is provided to attach a tag chip to the inside of a tag chip and attach an antenna to the outside of the object, thereby preventing an error which can occur when the tag is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A tag chip(123) is inserted into an object. An antenna(121) is attached to an external surface of the object and separated from the object. A connection unit(122) connects the tag chip with the antenna. The tag chip includes a front end(124) and a signal processing unit(125). The front end converts a request signal received through the antenna into DC power to supply power necessary for operating the signal processing unit. The signal processing unit receives a baseband signal from the front end.
