Abstract: 본 발명은 콘텐츠 사적이용 인증 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 휴대용 저장매체를 이용한 콘텐츠 사적이용 인증 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 시스템은, 휴대용 저장매체를 이용한 콘텐츠 사적이용 인증 시스템에 있어서, 도메인 인증 정보를 저장할 수 있는 휴대용 사적이용 인증기기와, 상기 도메인 인증 정보에 따라 제공된 콘텐츠의 재생을 위한 재생정보를 추출하고, 상기 추출한 재생정보를 재생부로 제공하는 콘텐츠 사적이용 인증장치를 포함하되, 상기 콘텐츠 사적이용 인증 장치는, 상기 제공된 콘텐츠를 패키지 키, 패키지 키 정보 및 암호화된 콘텐츠로 디 패키지하는 패키져부와, 상기 패키지 키 정보로부터 상기 제공된 콘텐츠의 도메인 정보를 추출하고, 상기 추출된 도메인 정보와 상기 도메인 인증 정보가 지시하는 도메인이 동일한 경우에는 상기 패키지 키로부터 상기 제공된 콘텐츠의 재생정보를 추출하는 접근 제어부와, 상기 패키져부와 상기 접근 제어부의 동작을 제어하며, 상기 암호화된 콘텐츠와 상기 재생정보를 전달받아 재생부로 제공하는 제어부를 포함한다.

본 발명에 따른 방송프로그램과 연계된 광고 재생 방법은, 방송프로그램과, 상기 방송프로그램에 연계되는 광고에 대한 정보가 포함된 상기 방송프로그램의 메타데이터를 방송프로그램 식별정보 관리 서버에 등록하여 생성한 상기 방송프로그램의 범용 콘텐츠 식별자를 수신하는 단계, 상기 범용 콘텐츠 식별자를 이용하여 상기 메타데이터를 획득하는 단계 및 상기 메타데이터에 포함된 광고 정보를 이용하여 상기 광고를 재생하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 범용 콘텐츠 식별자를 이용하여 방송프로그램과 광고를 연계함으로써, 인터넷 등을 통해 방송프로그램을 유통, 배포할 경우에도, 방송프로 그램과 연계된 광고를 재생할 수 있게 된다. 이로써, 방송프로그램 및 광고의 유통을 활성화시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A broadcast content flooding method recorded the permission base and an apparatus thereof are provided to give the permission for the broadcast content distributed to the video recording through a legal procedure. CONSTITUTION: An encryption record unit(111) records the encrypted broadcast content. An authentication information generating unit(112) creates the authentication information related to the broadcast contents. A packaging part(113) creates the package in which the broadcast content and authentication information are included. A transceiver(114) widely distributes the package to a receiving terminal. The receiving terminal decodes and replays the broadcast content by the permission obtaining from a flow service provider server.
