Abstract: Procedimiento para separar al menos un primer material de una mezcla que contiene el al menos un primermaterial y al menos un segundo material, que comprende al menos las siguientes etapas: (A) poner en contacto la mezcla que contiene al menos un primer material y al menos un segundo material conal menos una sustancia tensioactiva, dado el caso en presencia de al menos un agente de dispersión,uniéndose la sustancia tensioactiva a dicho al menos un primer material, (B) dado el caso añadir al menos un agente de dispersión a la mezcla obtenida en la etapa (A), para obteneruna dispersión, (C) tratar la dispersión de la etapa (A) o (B) con al menos una partícula magnética hidrófoba, de modo que el almenos un primer material, al que está unida la al menos una sustancia tensioactiva, y la al menos una partícula,magnética se agregan, (D) separar el producto de agregación de la etapa (C) de la mezcla aplicando un campo magnético, paraobtener el producto de agregación y una mezcla M1 empobrecida en producto de agregación, (E) poner en contacto de nuevo la mezcla M1 de la etapa (D) con al menos una sustancia tensioactiva,uniéndose la sustancia tensioactiva a dicho al menos un primer material, que está aún presente en la mezcla M1de la etapa (D), (F) tratar la dispersión de la etapa (E) con al menos una partícula magnética hidrófoba, de modo que el almenos un primer material, al que está unida la al menos una sustancia tensioactiva, y la al menos una partículamagnética se agregan, (G) separar el producto de agregación de la etapa (F) de la mezcla aplicando un campo magnético, para obtenerel producto de agregación y una mezcla M2 empobrecida en producto de agregación y (H) dado el caso repetir las etapas (E) a (G).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for separation of at least one first substance from a mixture containing this at least one first substance, at least one second substance and magnetic particles, comprising the following steps: (A) at least partial separation of the magnetic particles by application of a magnetic field gradient, possibly in the presence of at least one dispersion means, in order to obtain a mixture containing at least one first substance and at least one second substance and a reduced quantity of magnetic particles, (B) bringing the mixture containing at least one first substance and at least one second substance from step (A) into contact with magnetic particles, such that the at least one first substance and the magnetic particles accumulate, (C) separation of the accumulation product from the mixture from step (B) by application of a magnetic field gradient, and (D) splitting the separated accumulation product from step (C) in order to obtain the at least one first substance and the magnetic particles separately, as well as an open-loop and/or closed-loop control device for a corresponding apparatus.

Abstract: A method for magnetic ore separation and/or dressing is provided, in which metalliferous recoverable materials are separated from conveyed metalliferous ore rock. The method may include producing a pulp including metalliferous recoverable material, executing a hydrophobizing reaction of recoverable material in the pulp, synthesizing a hydrophobized, magnetizable material in liquid suspension and adding this suspension to the pulp, causing an agglomeration reaction between hydrophobized magnetizable material and hydrophobized recoverable material to form magnetizable agglomerates in the pulp, separating the magnetizable agglomerates from the pulp, mixing separation products containing the agglomerates with a non-polar liquid insoluble in water and decomposing the agglomerates in the non-polar liquid into magnetizable material and recoverable material, separating the magnetizable material from the recoverable material, and removing moisture from the separation portion containing the recoverable material of the second separation stage to synthesize the recoverable material.
