Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the leak amount of air from a pneumatic tire until the closing of the puncture hole is completed after the injection of a sealant is completed and to prevent the lowering of the puncture repairing certainty of a tire caused by the effect of the size of a puncture hole. SOLUTION: In this puncture repairing device 30 of the tire, compressed air and a solid sealant 106 are injected in the pneumatic tire 140 from a solid sealant container 100 through second injection piping 59, a joint hose 66 and a tire valve 142 before the injection of a liquid sealant 36. By this method, the solid sealant 106 is uniformly diffused within the internal space of the tire 140 to which the compressed air is supplied and a sucked in the puncture hole for allowing the compressed air to flow out to the outside of the tire 140. Accordingly, the puncture hole is preliminarily closed by the solid sealant 106 to satisfactorily reduce the leak of the compressed air from the inside of the tire 140 through the puncture hole. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing-pumping-up apparatus enabling reuse of a switching valve. SOLUTION: A sealing agent 36 injected into a tire 80 is injected through the second air pipe 54 and a joint hose 66 from a liquid agent outlet 38 of a liquid agent container 40. By this manner, the sealing agent 36 does not pass through a switching valve 48. Therefore, the sealing agent 36 is not deposited inside of the switching valve 48, and the valve 48 can be reused. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pump-up device made it hard to sprinkle the sealant, which is leaked from a pressure release valve at the time of release of pressure, over an operator. SOLUTION: A pressure release member 54 is attached to the leading end part of the shaft part 52B of a pressure button 52 to be arranged in a cylinder member 53. A pressure release hole 54A is formed to the pressure lease member 54 in a C-shaped state. The one opening K1 of the pressure release hole 54A is arranged in a joint hose 66 and the other opening K2 thereof is arranged on the side reverse to the pressure button 52 outside joint hose 66. When the pressure button 52 is pressed, the pressure release member 54 is moved against a spring member 55 not only to arrange the opening K1 of the pressure release hole 54A at the position corresponding to the cylinder hole 53A but also to arrange the opening K2 at the position corresponding to the cylinder hole 53B and the pressure release hole 54A is opened to the outside through an extension hole 56A. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing pump-up device of a tire capable of supplying a predetermined amount of a sealant to a punctured tire by grasping the housing amount of the sealant housed in the sealant container. SOLUTION: The window part 32A provided to the side wall part 32E of a casing 32 vertically extends and graduations 32F are provided in the vicinity of the window part 32A along the vertical direction. A worker recognizes the position of the liquid surface of the sealant 36 by the graduations 32F to grasp that the injection of a predetermined amount of the sealant 36 into the tire 120 is completed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leak of a sealing agent from a pressure release valve. SOLUTION: In the sealing pump-up device of a tire, a pressure release valve 43 is attached to common use piping 46 for allowing an air compressor 34 to communicate with a suction port 49. That is, the pressure release valve 43 is not provided on the downstream side of a liquid agent container 40 through which the sealing agent 36 injected in a punctured tire 80 flows but provided on the upstream side of the liquid agent container 40 through which the sealing agent 36 injected in the punctured tire 80 does not flow. By this constitution, in the process for injecting the sealing agent 36 in the punctured tire 80, the sealing agent 36 does not pass through the pressure release valve 43 to be prevented from leaking from the pressure release valve 43. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating compressor for reducing resistance to reciprocation of a piston, and for compressing air to generate high-pressure air and discharging the air, and to provide a pump up device provided with the compressor. SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves 114 are formed in an inner face of a cylinder 86 along a reciprocation direction of the piston 102. Since the grease as lubricant is piled up in the grooves 114, lubrication effect is maintained even after a lapse of many hours. Since the grooves 114 are formed to narrow a substantial contact area of packing 112 with respect to the inner face of the cylinder 86, sliding resistance in the reciprocation of the piston 102 is smaller than the constitution with no groove. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely give an alarm on a tire puncture to a driver by monitoring the state of the tire, in an internal pressure restoration type tire. SOLUTION: This monitoring device 11 having a tire internal pressure detecting means 11a provided on a rim of the internal pressure restoration type tire with a large number of approximately spherical particles comprising a continuous phase of a resin and closed cells and a tire internal temperature detecting means 11b for detecting the temperature in the tire is installed in a tire air chamber. When the internal pressure of the tire is at a specified internal pressure or lower, an alarm alarming a puncture of the tire is given to the driver by a first alarming means 13. At the same time, when the tire internal pressure is increased by expansion of the particles, whether the particles in the tire air chamber are expanded or not is determined on the basis of a rising rate of the tire internal pressure, the tire internal temperature and a wheel speed. When it is determined that the particles are expanded, an alarm of a tire failure is given to the driver by a second alarming means 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence of potential fluctuation of a rim to an electric wave radiated from an antenna and deterioration of its transmission characteristic in a tire internal pressure alarm device attached to the rim via a metal valve stem, detecting an internal pressure of a tire and sending a detected signal to a body side receiver from the antenna or an assembly of the tire internal pressure alarm device and the rim. SOLUTION: An electrical insulation member is provided on the whole face of an outer circumference of the valve stem engaging with a through-hole of the rim, and the valve stem and the rim are completely electrically insulated.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problem that the sending property of a radio wave radiated from an antenna is deteriorated under the influence of potential change of a rim, in a tire internal pressure alarm device attached to the rim, detecting the internal pressure of a tire, and sending the detected signal from the antenna to a receiver in a vehicular body side. SOLUTION: In an attaching position to a rim, a platy battery and an electronic substrate are arranged to be generally orthogonal to a cross-section on the cross-section passing a rim axis, and in two layers. The platy battery is disposed in a side close to a well portion bottom surface of the rim.
