    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent ink from coming off an ink sheet by transporting the ink sheet and a recording medium at the same speed and in the same direction during the discharge or insertion of the recording medium, when both the recording medium and the ink sheet are transported in the same direction for recording using the recording medium. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 11 is inserted inbetween a thermal head 13 and a platen roller 12 by the rotation of the latter 12, and the recording paper 11 is transported to a discharge roller 16 at a speed Vp. At that time, an ink sheet transport motor 25 and an ink sheet winding motor 38 are driven simultaneously to transport an ink sheet 14 at a speed V1. In this case, the recording sheet 11 and the ink sheet 14 are transported in close contact with each other, and the speeds Vp and V1 are almost equal with each other. Image data of a single line is transferred to the thermal head 13 to record an image. If the image recording of a single page is completed, the ink sheet 14 is transported at the same speed as the recording paper 11 by the rotations of the motors 25, 38 during the discharge of the recording paper 11, as long as the roller 12 rotates. Thus it is possible to prevent ink from coming off the ink sheet and prevent the deformation of the ink sheet.

Each time image recording is conducted on the paper 11 over the predetermined length, the ink sheet 14 is fed by a feeding means 25 according to the feed quantity determined by the determining means 113, whereby multiple printing is performed in an arbitrary number of times.

In this case, a dial signal (pulse or DTMF) in response to the mode setting is outputted. In this case, a dialer 30 outputs PMUT, TMUTE signals being control signals to a speech network and the TMUTE signal goes to a low level synchronously with the dialing signal, then it is detected by a CPU 1 via a photocoupler. The CPU 1 detects the dialing and when an original to be sent is loaded to a read section 7, a CML relay 22 is turned to the position of the facsimile equipment.

CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting to receive a G2 picture one byte of the decoded data from a modem 14 is received and written in a line buffer 1 for picture data on a memory 15. Next, when the following line begins to be received and pulse is outputted from a pulse generator 7 which is at 10 msec interval, an interruption occurs in a CPU. The picture data begins to be transferred and the picture data transferred in a record head is recorded in a 10 msec by the control of a slave CPU. A main CPU executes the increment of a COUNT and 10 msec after the process of interruption is completed, the interruption occurs again. And one line of record is made to start and the same data is made to be recorded in the same position of the recording paper twice.

Afterwards, a line supervisory means 400 supervises the completion of the sending of the FM signal, and a timepiece means 500 is started up, then a start signal is outputted. The inversion of the polarity in the signal of a telephone set responding previously is supervised, and the clocking by the means 500 is stopped by the inversion of the polarity. And the control device 100 performs the connection to the opposite bypassing the circuit when the traffic is busy.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain conversation regardless of communication modes, by providing a means which detects that a transmitting side wants to make ordinary conversation when receiving side facsimile equipment is set to an automatic reception mode. CONSTITUTION:When facsimile equipment receives a call signal from a telephone circuit (W) under a condition where the equipment is set to an automatic reception mode, a main power supply device 27 is actuated and a CPU 2 starts control. Then the circuit is switched from the telephone set to the facsimile and a called station discriminating signal is sent from a MODEM 14 to the circuit (W). Thereafter, sending of G2 discriminating signal and detecting operation of the G2 instruction signal of the calling side are repeated. While the G2 instruction signal is detected, a loudspeaker 19 is connected so that it can be driven by the circuit W. Therefore, talking becomes possible when the switch is changed to a telephone set 28 on the receiving side, since the voices are outputted from the loudspeaker 19 if the calling side wants to make talking with the receiving side.
