Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an image forming method by which a toner image can be fixed at very low temp., transferring and fixing processes are largely simplified, and to miniaturize a device to a large degree by making most of the toner in the developing process transferred and fixed so that this system produces no waste toner due to failure in transfer and a space for the waste toner is unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:This image forming method consists of the following processes. Electrifying process of electrify a photosensitive material 1, exposing process to expose the photosensitive material 1 to light, developing process to deposit a toner 10 on an electrostatic latent image formed on the photosensitive material 1 to form a toner image, transferring process to transfer the toner image to a recording medium 6 such as a recording paper or the like, and fixing process to fix the transferred toner image to the recording medium 6. In this method, the toner 10 consists of a thermally dissociating capsule toner having specified thermal characteristics and the photosensitive material 1 is a heat-resistant photosensitive film belt. By using the preheated recording medium 6, the transferring process and fixing process are performed at one time on the heat-resistant photosensitive film belt 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize an image forming device by simultaneously transferring and fixing a toner image on a recording medium whose surface is heated to a specified temperature by preheating. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a photosensitive body 1 is irradiated with light projected from an exposing device 2 so as to form an electrostatic latent image on a photosensitive layer. The electrostatic latent image is developed by a developing device 3 by sticking toner to the electrostatic latent image. The recording medium 6 such as a recording paper preheated to be within the range of 50 deg.C-160 deg.C by a heater 4 is allowed to press-contact with the surface of the photosensitive body 1 by receiving pressure from the rear side of the medium 6 with a pressure roller 5a at transferring and fixing stages. As soon as the toner is transferred to the recording medium 6, a toner image is fixed on the surface of the medium 6. Toner which is melted on the recording medium 6 preheated within the range of 50 deg.C-160 deg.C and has such thermal characteristic that the toner image is fixed by the pressure of the pressure roller is selected. Thus, the transferring and fixing stages are simplified. Since fixing is performed at a low temperature, a forcible heat radiation device in a machine is miniaturized.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the device simple and small in size by using a specified interface polymn. type capsule toner and specifying the fixing temp. CONSTITUTION:A capsule toner comprising a shell and core material which melts heat and contains a colorant is used. The shell essentially consists of such a resin obtd. by the reaction of the following compds. They are univalent isocyanate compds. (A) by 0-30mol% of the total isocyanate compds and bivalent or higher valent isocyanate compds.(B) by 100-70mol% of the total isocyanate compds, compds. (C) having one active hydrogen which reacts with an isocyanate group by 0-30mol% of the total amt. of compds. which react with isocyanate groups, and compds. (D) having two or more hydrogen atoms by 100-70mol% of the compds. which react with isocyanate groups. These components are used by 1:1-1:20 ratio of (A+B):(C+D). Moreover, in couplings relating to all of isocyanate groups of the resin, >=30% in their number are couplings which dissociate by heat. The fixing process is performed at temp. between >=40 deg.C and
