Abstract:
A process cartridge is detachably mountable to a main assembly of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. The main assembly includes first and second rotatable main assembly drive transmission members. The cartridge includes an electrophotographic photosensitive drum, a developing roller, a drum coupling member, provided on one axial end of the drum, for engaging the first m transmission member and transmitting a first rotational driving force to the drum, when the cartridge is mounted to the main assembly, and a shaft coupler provided on one axial end of the developing roller, for transmitting a second rotational driving force with a deviation permitted between an axis of the second transmission member and an axis of the developing roller. The shaft coupler includes an engaging portion for engaging the second transmission member and receiving the second rotational driving force, when the cartridge is mounted to the main.
Abstract:
Borderless contacts for word lines or via contacts for bit lines are formed using interconnect patterns, a part of which is removed. A semiconductor memory includes: a plurality of active regions AAi, AAi+1, . . . , AAn, which extend on a memory cell array along the column length; a plurality of word line patterns WL1, WL2, . . . , extend along the row length and are non-uniformly arranged; a plurality of select gate line patterns SG1, SG2, . . . , are arranged parallel to the plurality of word line patterns; borderless contacts are formed near the ends of the word line patterns on the memory cell array, and are in contact with part of an interconnect extended from the end of the memory cell array, but are not in contact with interconnects adjacent to that interconnect; and bit line contacts are formed within contact forming regions provided by removing part of the plurality of word line patterns and select gate line patterns through double exposure.

Abstract:
A pattern correcting method for correcting a design pattern to form a desired pattern on a wafer is disclosed, which comprises defining an allowable dimensional change quantity of each of design patterns, defining a pattern correction condition for the each design pattern based on the allowable dimensional change quantity defined for the each design pattern, and correcting the each design pattern based on the pattern correction condition defined for the each design pattern.
Abstract:
An analog input signal obtained from an analog sensor group 104A and first and second calibration voltages obtained by high-precision voltage-dividing resistors are successively selected by a multiplexer, digitally converted through an AD converter and then input to a microprocessor. The microprocessor calculates a collinear approximate coefficient based on the first and second calibration voltages in cooperation with a program memory, and corrects the digital conversion value to the analog input signal by using the approximate coefficient, thereby correcting a linear error of the conversion characteristic of the AD converter. In the calculation of the approximate coefficient, upper and lower limit check is executed on measurement values and calculation coefficients, and also plural calculation results are averaged to enhance the precision.

There is provided a nucleotide primer set for LAMP amplification, used for detecting genotypes of single-nucleotide polymorphisms G590A, G857A and T341C of a NAT2 gene. There is also provided a nucleotide probe for detection of an amplification product amplified with the primer set according to the present invention. There is also provided a method of detecting the genotypes of NAT2 gene single-nucleotide polymorphisms G590A, G857A and T341C by using the primer set according to the present invention.

Abstract:
A partition wall partitioning a cooler inlet port and a cooler outlet port extends from a cooler connecting surface of a connecting portion to a vicinity of a shaft supporting a four-way butterfly valve. An EGR gas leakage around a first valve plate can be restricted. Thus, an increase in temperature of EGR gas flowing through an EGR gas outlet port can be restricted at a cooled mode. A deterioration of emission reducing performance can be avoided.
