    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive sheet having translucency and resistance to corrosion and not limiting the kind of metals constituting a metal thin film layer, and provide a method of manufacturing the same and a decorative molded product.
    SOLUTION: A metal thin film sheet is at least formed in such manners as to allow a metal thin film layer 2 and a resist layer 3 to make contact with each other on a substrate sheet 1 and allow the resist layer 3 to be the front surface. In the resist layer 3 of the metal thin film sheet, many fine recesses 8 are formed in a part or the whole of the resist layer 3 by using a nano-imprint method. Then, the resist layers 10 existing on the bottom faces of the many fine recesses 8 that are formed are removed by dry etching, and the metal thin film layer 2 is exposed to the bottom faces of the many fine recesses 8 that are formed. Then, the metal thin film layer 2 that is exposed to the bottom faces of the many fine recesses 8 is removed by wet etching. Thereby, the whole or a part of the resist layer 3 and the metal thin film layer 2 are configured to form a fine mesh-like shape.
