PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that interference sound occurs even if frequency difference between heating coils are set equal to or more than an audible range in a mode where two inverters are actuated with a configuration of a shared rectifying circuit. SOLUTION: In a simultaneous operation, while frequency difference over the audible frequency is provided between driving frequency of the inverters 4 and 5, the inverter with a lower frequency executes frequency control that maintains a conduction ratio to be 50%, and meanwhile, the inverter with a higher frequency is set to have a limit of the frequency to reduce semiconductor switch loss and prevent the interference sound. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction cooker that has a simple configuration and good assembling properties, and can suppress temperature rise of an infrared sensor for accurate temperature sensing. SOLUTION: The induction cooking device includes an anti-magnetic plate 28 which suppresses leakage of magnetic flux from a heating coil 24 and forms a cooling air passage 33 from a blowing device 32. The infrared sensor 26 which senses infrared ray radiated from a cooking vessel 22 and a control circuit 27 which controls output of the heating coil 24 according to an output of the infrared sensor 26 are arranged in the same space relative to the anti-magnetic plate 28, thereby the assembling properties can be improved. The infrared sensor 26 is cooled with main cooling air passing through the cooling air passage 33, thereby the efficiency of cooling the infrared sensor 26 is improved for accurate temperature sensing. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of performing heating cooking at high power output for a long time even though a part of exhaust is re-absorbed from an air intake port. SOLUTION: An induction heating block 38 is formed with a heating coil, a control circuit, and a blower, a plurality of induction heating blocks are included in a body, and at least a part of cooling air exhausted from the plurality of induction heating blocks is formed to pass through a mixing zone. Thus, exhaust temperature can be reduced since at least a part of the cooling air at temperature rise discharged from one of operating induction heating blocks and the cooling air discharged from a blower 32 of the induction heating block at an another non-operating state is mixed at the mixed zone. When a part of exhaust is reabsorbed from an air intake port 39, heating cooking can be performed at high power output for a long time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional heating cooker that it is necessary to press operation keys many times to set fire power and a timer time, an operation is complicated, and malfunction due to boiling-over and the like occurs. SOLUTION: This heating cooker T includes an electrostatic capacity detecting section 4 for detecting variation of electrostatic capacity of an annular electrode 31 due to contact and movement of a finger, a position detecting section 5 for successively detecting positional information of the finger on the basis of electrostatic capacity, a movement detecting section 6 for calculating the finger movement information (moving distance, speed and moving direction of finger) from the positional information of the finger, and a heating control section 7 for controlling an electromagnetic induction heating coil 8 according to the finger movement information. As the fire power can be adjusted by tracing operation on the annular electrode 31, the operation can be simplified without pressing many times, and further as the movement of the finger is detected, the malfunction can be reduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of having a suitable assemblability in a simple structure and accurately detecting temperature by an infrared sensor. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker is provided with a magnetism-prevention plate 28 for restraining a magnetic-flux leak from a heating coil 24 and forming a cooling air passage 33 from a ventilator 32. A control circuit 27 for controlling the infrared sensor 26 detecting an infrared ray radiated from a cooking container 22 and an output of the heating coil 24 in response to an output of the infrared sensor 26 can improve the assemblability by arranging itself at the same space as the magnetism-prevention plate 28. Cooling efficiency of the infrared sensor 26 is improved by cooling the infrared sensor 26 with main cooling air passing through the cooling air passage 33, and therefore, accurate temperature can be detected.
