Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for forming an electrically-conductive ink receiving layer capable of forming an electrically-conductive circuit on a base, which can accept orders for a small amount/a number of kinds (other kinds) and can freely change their sizes and shapes as it requires no necessity of making a printing plate and an on-demand production is possible, and which is excellent in electrical conductivity and adhesive properties, and to provide a sheet having the electrically-conductive circuit using the ink. SOLUTION: It is characterized in that the ink for forming an electrically-conductive inkjet ink receiving layer in which an electrically-conductive fine particle is compounded in a vehicle comprising a glycol solvent with a boiling point of ≥100°C as a main component, is used. It is also characterized in that the inkjet ink receiving layer is formed on a specified part of at least one face of the base by using this ink, and the electrically-conductive circuit is formed thereon by using the electrically-conductive inkjet ink. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing a conductive circuit which does not need to make plates and can respond to a small amount/a variety of orders on demand as well as mass production, and additionally whose size, shape or the like can be freely changed while having superior conductivity.
SOLUTION: After conductive circuit forming patterns 3 are formed on prescribed parts of the surface of a substrate 1 using a metal colloid-containing inkjet ink, they are heated and dried to manufacture the conductive circuit. It is preferable to use the inkjet ink containing such a prescribed amount of metal colloid that the surface resistance of the conductive circuit after heating and drying becomes 1/10,000 to 1/50,000 times the surface resistance before heating and drying.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily forming a conductive circuit by using a toner or a developer not containing a photopolymerization component and an ultraviolet curable conductive ink, and to provide a sheet having the conductive circuit formed on a sheet base material surface by the method for manufacturing this conductive circuit. SOLUTION: A conductive circuit forming pattern made of a photopolymerization initiator-containing toner or developer used in an electrophotographic system is provided at a predetermined part on the surface of the sheet base material 1. An ultraviolet curable conductive ink layer 3 not containing the photopolymerization initiator on the pattern is provided, and the layer 3 of the part corresponding to the pattern is cured by being irradiated with an ultraviolet ray. The pattern is brought into contact with the ultraviolet curable conductive ink layer, and the initiator transferred from the pattern to the ultraviolet curable conductive ink layer is excited and operated by irradiating with the ultraviolet ray. The photopolymerization reaction of the photopolymerization component is brought about, the ink layer can be cured, and the conductive circuit can be easily formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet ink not causing increase of viscosity during storage, clogging of a nozzle for ink discharge of an inkjet printer and instability of discharge, being readily dischargeable because of low viscosity even when the ink has a high dye concentration and capable of practicing good printing (free from bleeding and excellent in water resistance and solvent resistance) on a sheet substrate (recording medium) such as wood-free paper, plain paper or reclaimed paper and to provide a printing sheet by using the ink.
SOLUTION: The ultraviolet light curing type inkjet ink does not contain a photopolymerization initiator. The printing sheet is obtained by providing an inkjet ink receiving layer comprising photopolymerization initiator-containing ink on a prescribed part of a sheet substrate surface and applying printing by the ultraviolet light curing type inkjet ink onto the inkjet ink receiving layer.
