Abstract: A video signal processing method and apparatus for encoding or decoding a video signal is disclosed. More particularly, a video signal processing method and a video signal processing apparatus using the same are disclosed, wherein a method for processing a video signal comprises the steps of: obtaining a set of control point motion vectors for prediction of a current block; obtaining the motion vector of each sub-block of the current block using control point motion vectors of the set of control point motion vectors; obtaining a predictor of the each sub-block of the current block using the motion vectors of the each sub-block; obtaining a predictor of the current block by combining predictors of the each sub-block; and restoring the current block using the predictor of the current block.

Abstract: The present invention relates a wireless communication method and a wireless communication terminal for supporting a spatial reuse operation of an overlapping basic service set to efficiently use a wireless resource. To this end, provided are a base wireless communication terminal including: a processor; and a communication unit, wherein the processor receives a PHY protocol data unit (PPDU) through the communication unit, determines whether the PPDU contains an intra-BSS frame or contains an inter-BSS frame based on preamble information of the PPDU, and performs either a first operation or a second operation distinct from each other according to a determination result and a wireless communication method using the same.

More specifically, disclosed are a video signal processing method and a video signal processing device for performing the method, the method comprising: obtaining reference line information indicating a reference line for intra prediction of a current block among a plurality of reference lines comprising neighboring samples of the current block; determining, on the basis of the reference line information, an intra prediction mode for the current block among a plurality of intra prediction modes constituting an intra prediction mode set; and decoding the current block on the basis of a plurality of reference samples on the reference line according to the reference line information and the determined intra prediction mode.
