The invention relates to a crushing device, which is intended for crushing material. The crushing device includes a frame structure (10) and at least one rotor (11), as well as shredder elements (12), which are arranged to form differently-handed spiral formations (13) on the circumference of the rotor (11). The material fed to the crushing device being arranged to travel through the shredder elements (12), at the same time being crushed into smaller parts as the rotor (11) rotates. Each spiral formation (13) extends from a end of the rotor (11) for partial length (d) of the rotor (11), and the spiral formations (13) are arranged to partly overlap each other, the helix angle (y) of the spiral formations (13) being 10° - 50°, preferably 20° - 45°. The invention also relates to a rotor for a crushing device.

The invention relates to recycling wornout tyres and other industrial and domestic wastes. According to a method for shredding wornout tyres a package of wornout tyres is formed as a number of closely compacted layers. The package is subjected to primary destruction in an armored chamber under conditions of free extension until the package outside layers are destroyed. The overall dimensions of the armored chamber in any cross-section thereof square with the chamber axis and passing through the package of the compacted tyres varies within the range of from 2 to 7 package diameters in such section. The compact package of tyres is formed from a few coaxial helical twists having an axial hole. According to the invention, a stress-strain state is established upon free extension of a rubber layer without its contacting with the walls of the armored chamber, whereby efficient destruction and disintegration of the rubber, metallic and textile cord of a tyre is attained.

Anlage zur Aufbereitung von Altgummi und Altgummiprodukten durch kryogene Zerkleinerung, mit Kühltunneln zur Unterkühlung des zu zerkleinernden Mahlgutes, Fremdstoffabscheidern und Mahleinrichtungen für tiefgekühltes Mahlgut. Dazu ist eine mehrstufige Vorzerkleinerung mittels Zerkleinerern (17, 17a) vorgesehen. Das vorzerkleinerte Mahlgut wird durch in mehrere Kühlzonen unterteilte Tiefkühlanlage geleitet, in denen ein flüssiges Tiefkühlmittel auf das Mahlgut aufsprühbar ist. Der Tiefkühlanlage ist ein Ausgleichsystem nachgeordnet. Das tiefgekühlte Mahlgut wird in sich anschließenden mehrstufigen Feinzerkleinerern stufenweise fein zerkleinert.

A device for cutting action upon objects comprises cutting means (2) having cutting edges (1) and being rotary-arranged, which is characterized in that the cutting means (2) comprise a number of discs arranged side by side being provided with a substantially circular periphery and having cutting edges for said action. The invention also relates to the use of this device for cutting action upon sacks, string bags, bags and cardboard boxes for opening thereof and releasing of the contents therein as well as for cutting action upon piece-like, sticky material.

A crusher capable of crushing crushed material such as waste rubber material under room temperature so as not to cause heating by excessive friction, comprising a pair of crushing panels having crushing blades on the opposed faces thereof, a charging port for charging the crushed material formed near the center of one of the crushing panels in the opposed spaces of the crushing panels, and a drive part for rotating at least one of the crushing panels. An angle formed by the pair of crushing panels near the circumferential side of the surface thereof is formed smaller than the angle near the center side of the surface thereof.

본 발명은 폐타이어 및 다른 산업 및 가정 폐기물을 재생하는 것에 관한 것이다. 폐타이어를 쉬레딩하기 위한 방법에 따라, 폐타이어 패키지가 밀접하게 컴팩트화된 다수 개의 층으로서 형성된다. 패키지는 층 외측 패키지가 파괴될 때까지 자유 연장 조건하에서 강화 챔버의 주요 파괴에 영향을 받는다. 챔버 축에 수직하고 컴팩트화된 타이어 패키지를 관통하는 횡단면에서의 강화 챔버 전체 치수는 이러한 영역의 2 내지 7의 패키지 지름의 범위에서 변화한다. 타이어의 컴팩트 패키지는 축방향 홀을 구비하는 수 개의 동축 나선형 트위스트로부터 형성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 스트레스-스트레인 상태가 강화 챔버 벽과의 접촉없이 고무 층의 자유 팽창시에 형성되는데, 이에 의하여 타이어의 고무, 금속 및 직물 코드의 효과적인 파괴 및 분해가 달성된다.
