A covering layer 4 is formed at the outside circumference of the protecting layer 3.

Abstract: 本实用新型提供了一种电梯钢丝绳,包括外层股、金属芯、内层股,所述外层股和所述内层股都是由一根内层钢丝和六根外层钢丝编捻而成,其特征在于,所述外层股和所述内层股的数量相同、捻向相同,其两者之间采用同向捻制,所述外层股和所述内层股之间用钢丝圈紧固连接,所述钢丝圈内设置填充股,所述填充股为1股具有高耐压性能的PPC尼龙芯。本实用新型的有益效果是:该钢丝绳,通过钢丝圈和填充股,提高了承载能力,填充股为PPC尼龙芯,减少了钢丝绳的磨损,增加了其耐疲劳性能,与普通钢芯的钢丝绳相比,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,降低了钢丝绳的断丝率和断股率。
