본 발명에 적용되는 싱크대 배수구를 이용한 음식물 건조시스템 특징은
1) 공기가 싱크대 배수통에 있는 걸름망 하부에서 걸름망 상부쪽으로 흐름을 유도하여 걸름망에 있는 음식물을 건조시키는 시스템이며
2)오버플로 관(Over-Flow Pipe)은 두 가지 기능이 있다. 즉, 1) 유사시 넘치는 물의 배수기능과 2) 공기를 배수통 내부에 있는 걸름망 바닥하부에서 상부로 흐름을 유도하여 걸름망에 들어있는 물기를 함유한 음식물을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하 는 싱크대 배수구를 이용한 음식물 건조시스템이다.
