A fitting for a panel, for example of toughened and/or laminated glass, comprising first and second mounting holes. The fitting comprises first and second mounting portions arranged to be disposed within the first and second mounting holes respectively, and first and second eccentric bushes located over the first and second mounting portions respectively. Each eccentric bush defines an interior circle in contact with the exterior of its respective mounting portion, and an exterior circle in contact with the interior of its respective mounting hole. The centre of the interior circle of each eccentric bush is offset from the centre of the exterior circle of that eccentric bush, so that each eccentric bush can be rotated with respect to its respective mounting hole and mounting portion to change the position of the mounting portion within the mounting hole.

A hinge for casements in general and for outdoor casements in particular, comprising a first element (2) and a second element (3) which can rotate with respect to each other and can be coupled to the fixed structure (10) and to the casement (11) respectively. The hinge (1) for casements comprises at least one hollow screw (20) provided with an external thread (21) for coupling to the fixed structure (10) or the casement (11) and with an internal thread (23) for coupling to the threaded shank (24) of one of the elements (2,3). The external thread (21) is different from the internal thread (23) in order to produce, upon the rotation of the external thread (21), a translatory motion of the threaded shank (24).

The present invention relates to a door hinge assembly and, more specifically, a door hinge assembly which can prevent the phenomenon of closure of an open door by performing a self-stay function, and can improve a worker's or user's convenience and implement a cost saving effect by simplifying the configuration compared to the prior art in which a hinge and a stay are separately provided. To this end, the present invention provides a door hinge assembly comprising: a hinge shaft; a rotary plate which has one side rotatably connected to the hinge shaft and has the other side connected to a door; and a fixing plate which has one side connected to the hinge shaft and has the other side fixed to a door frame which is formed on the wall surface of an inner space that is opened and closed by the door, wherein the upper end surface of the rotary plate is divided into a reference surface and a stepped surface which has a relatively lower height than the reference surface, and a protrusion part which can be mounted on the reference surface is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the hinge shaft which faces the upper end surface of the rotary plate.

Suspension device for windows, comprising a first (10), a second (20), and a third (30) linkage arm, which third linkage arm is rotatably attached to a respective first end (11, 21) of the first and second linkage arm and which third linkage arm comprises an axis pin (33) by means of which a window sash (2) is rotatably attachable to the suspension device. The first and second linkage arms each have, on their respective second ends (12, 22), a laterally projecting retaining pin (13, 23). The retaining pins are arranged so as to permit retention of a respective linkage arm on a window frame (1) by introduction of the retaining pin into a respective recess (1b, 1c) in the window frame and define an axis of rotation for the respective linkage arm.
